Customer service was subpar staff was unengaged with assisting with selection of products

Stopped in just before closing and unfortunately, I had my giant stroller with me, but the lady inside was really kind and she opened the double doors for me and helped me get the stroller in. She was very pleasant taking our order and then again helping me to get my stroller out when we had finished. The ice cream was great and there were so many options!! I would highly recommend this place!

Employee had major attitude. Rolled her eyes when a group came in behind us at 8:45. Keep in mind they close at 9. Ordered Artic swirl and she just poured the candy in and hand mixed it instead of blending it. Might as well be a sundae if she isn’t going to properly make it. Other employee made it correctly for the order in front of me. This is the second time this has happened now with the same employee

They serve richmanns ice cream. It’s always delicious

So many choices and location is perfect on Kings Highway in Haddonfield. The servers are friendly and do such a good job of getting the delicious ice cream quickly to the patrons! Open year round!

Extremely aggravating with the employees lack of training. For years I have been going there always getting a hot fudge sundae. It’s always been made in a cup so never had any issue. Now all the sudden they make it in a bowl so not even 2 seconds after it was handed to me outside the whipped cream and pile of fudge rolls off the bowl and onto my shirt. Absolutely unacceptable. Please give better training and start making them in cups again instead of bowls. The girl told me they always have made them in bowls which is not true as I have never gotten one there that way.

I went to this store on Mother’s Day and received amazing service from a very polite girl despite how busy the shop was. I asked her for her name and she said Loudan, it is refreshing to see such young kids having such hospitality!

First time at this ice cream shop, and it was disappointing. The two girls behind the counter had attitudes, and the medium-sized ice cream was more like a small. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great location in downtown Haddonfield. Good variety of Ice cream, Banana is my favorite. Water ice tastes good too.

Excellent Ice Cream and excellent service. The ladies even stayed open a little later to take care of the stragglers coming through the door. Even was greeted with a smile and allowed to order from the full menu of confectioneries.

We stopped in a half hour before closing. The girl who was taking our order didn’t mind that it was close to closing and was more than happy to serve us. I think we found our new favorite ice cream place.
