We have been eating at Fuji for over 40 years. It never disappoints in quality sushi, appetizers and entrees. Even after a seamless ownership change it has maintained the highest standards in all areas of food and service.

Never seen the place so full. Service and food were quite good. A little noisier than normal which is unfortunate as we appreciate a low drama dining experience. Server was great. Sushi was wuite good as well.

Fuji is on my Friday night dinner rotation and this meal was expected excellent quality. With a reservation I was seated immediately. I ordered teriyaki salmon which was perfectly cooked and delicious. My friend had in season sautéed soft shell crabs.

We tried a variety of things, some unique. We appreciated the freshness of everything we ate. Tuna Dumpling is always good!

This was my first time dining at Fuji, but it will not be my last. Best wings I ever had. Wasn't in the mood for sushi, but can't wait to return and try their rolls. Highly recommend.

Second time dining at Fuji this week . I returned after a business dinner to bring my wife for sushi date night and she loved Fuji as much as I did. The chef made her a special vegetable Naruto roll and she had the delicious miso black cod which reminded me of Nobu . The Kani salad was crisp and sweet. Sushi is inventive , fresh and beautiful. I had the mix of shrimp tempura and eel . The Chilean sea bass was unfortunately overpowered by the garlic crust but the fish was perfectly cooked. We will return again and again

The food and atmosphere were amazing however, after we ordered we could here one of the chefs or the owner behind the counter gargling up as much phlegm as he could and making loud spitting sounds. We ignored it and enjoyed our meal. The second time we came to the restaurant we experienced the same things. So we just ignored it and enjoyed our meal. The third time we came we intentionally ordered miso soup and waited 20 mins until we ordered our sushi to see if he just has a condition or something. I said let’s just see if it happens again and start with one roll. Five minutes after we ordered the guy was back there bringing up phlegm and spitting again. We got the roll packed it up, paid, left a nice tip, and threw it in the trash one the way to the car. Never again.

Always a winner. The black cod was fantastic as were the lamb chops. Who knew they would be great at a Japanese restaurant 😀

Overpriced, Stale fish and Google translated Japanese menu. Philly/South Jersey desperately needs better Japanese food

Great food, good service. We went on a busy evening (the day after Valentine's Day -a Saturday evening) so it was extremely crowded. The staff worked hard the entire time, so there were no major complaints - but an extra worker or two might have helped for such a busy day.

The restaurant overbooked and reservations were not honored. The management's response was extremely aloof. Will not dine here again.
