Unfortunately the woman who answers the phone is exceptionally rude and then once we arrived she continued to be rude to our party. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The food was good. Unfortunately I won’t be going there anymore.

Went with a dinner reservation and had called ahead of time to ask if it would be appropriate to bring a 4 year old. I was told yes, but I don’t think that was the case. Our reservation ran over 15 minutes (which may have been more but we left) and when we asked how much longer it would be the response we got was incredibly unkind. The staff definitely seemed like having a kid in their small waiting area was offensive and the whole experience made us feel like we were more of a burden than anything. Very disheartening.

The dinner and brunch menus are both phenomenal and the service is perfect every time! The staff is so kind and attentive and know the menu forward and back.

My girlfriend and I went for the first time this past Saturday night. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer a tasting menu which my girlfriend and I are eager to try. Highly recommend!

Service was good, hotdog did not taste good for what they were advertised. Hamburger was was to beefy and hard and and caviar was to fishy

i have been to Gasand Main many times, always have a good experience BUT this time was a disaster. the deviled eggs were great,as usual but then it was a downhill fall. the burger which is usually great was an overcooked dry greasy mess with no garnish and no taste. then I made the mistake of ordering dessert and apple pie with ice cream. besides the server passing me uncountable times i waited what felt like an eternity IT WAS. when the pie finally came out it was flat as a pancake about a tablespoon of filling. and oddly it was 2 small slivers of pie not one piece. it looked like i got the end of one pie and a small slice from a second pie with an ICE ball of ice cream it was frozen solid. even after eating the “pie” it was still a frozen inedible one inch ball of impenetrable ice i wont be back.

It was a great brunch in the cutest open kichen. Will be sure to return. Expecting perfect and it was good, warm and distinct. . Eggs Benedict and the Hash special. Deviled egg starter was fun.

Amazing amazing food!! I’ve been dying to go here - definitely a must visit in South Jersey! My husband and I did the chef’s tasting menu, I think it’s called the Dinner Party. They really stuff you over the 5 courses!! We took our entrees and desserts home, it’s so much food and so worth it. Some of my favorites were the Brussels chips, the hot dog, the pork frites, and the cheese ball. I got to meet Chef Dane as well and they couldn’t be a nicer person!! Absolutely will be coming back (and hopefully soon)! My only thing would be the intimacy of the inside dining room means it can get loud inside, but otherwise 100% this is a must visit.

Very comfortable restaurant, excellent food. I had eggs Benedict. It was fantastic. Our server Raquel was very pleasant. She explained the highlights of the menu clearly and truly, she made everything sound so good. We will definitely visit again.

My wife and I had an awesome dinner at Gass & Main. Our server Becky was amazing, super friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations! We shared the spinach hand pies to start. For entrees we ordered the lobster rotini and picnic pork, both were delicious. We topped everything off with a perfectly sweet dessert. Everything from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, was just spot on. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.

I really wanted to love this place but after lunch today we won't be back. Rude food runner couldn't be any colder, server was borderline rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience just being there. Kitchen staff awkwardly walking through dinning room with dirty kitchen prep dishes acting like we were in their way. Giving credit that the grilled carrot appetizer and blueberry compote was good. Tomato soup was oversalted pizza sauce, pancakes were tough, and avocado toast was just meh. Pretentious for no reason. One and done.

This is a great spot for date night! The interior was a very nice, but small (so it can be quite noisy as well as a tight fit with staff moving around) With great food and great customer service, you will definitely enjoy it here! BYOB.
