The food is great, but unfortunately the service is not worth it. I have ordered from them multiple times and the food has been hours late every time. One time we ordered at 5 and it came at 8 after multiple calls and promises it was on the way. Today we ordered at 4 and it is now past 5:30 and still the order is not here. When you call to ask about order status, there is always an excuse. It’s unfortunate we have tried to keep going back because we love their sushi, but they need to fix something with these to go orders!

Went to this place with my partner, and the food was worth the money, the service was very welcoming, and the restaurant had a lot of options of food, drinks, and want to go again, definitely recommend.

It’s a shame, but I won’t be ordering from them again. I usually order from them and they’re pretty much always an hour for local delivery which is fine… I order directly from the website and it’s typically a 55 minute wait time and it usually arrives by then. Tonight, I ordered at 5 o’clock… The food was supposed to be delivered by 6 o’clock. It is now 7 o’clock and the food just arrived, it is cold, and the bag smells like a cigarette. I called them around 615 to see what was happening and they told me they were running a little behind… I understand wait times but if your website order system tells you a time that your food will be delivered by, then, over an hour past that is not just a little bit late. I’ll be finding a new sushi place.

I arrived within an hour of opening and no one else was in the store during the lunch hour.For an order of three rolls, the cashier quickly tries charging for the rolls individually. I had to clarify that it was the lunch special discount.While waiting, I noticed many flies inside. The tables were sticky and did not look like they were routinely wiped down.As the only customer in the store, I did not expect to wait 30 minutes for my order. Especially as I did not see other patrons picking up orders.Although I had the intention of eating in, the service provided the meal in a stapled brown bag seemingly defaulted to go. Later, i found there was also missing cutlery which pointed to a lack in attention to detail.This was an unfortunate experience and I will not be returning. I would rather walk to the japanese restaurant across the street where the service and food has better consistency in quality.

The rolls are fantastic - tasty and fresh every time. so really that's all we get because its so good. Customer service is good and theres 2 front tables for two by the window and a table for 4.Come for the sushi, and come again and again for the sushi...
