One of our favorite BYOB Italian restaurants in the area, it never disappoints! The pasta is made in house, and you can tell! I also appreciate their flexibility to swap out veal for chicken in their meat options, as well as the type of pasta in their pasta dishes!
We were visiting my mother-in-law from AZ and came to take her out for her 87th birthday. We called and made dinner reservations and it didn’t seem like the person who took our call cared and we didn’t seem confident the reservations would be made. I decided to make a reservation with Open Table, 5:00 pm. I put a note that we would be celebrating my mother-in-laws birthday. We arrived and were seated by the nice hostess. Great food, great service. Came in on a whim, and really glad I did. Authentic Italian, not South Philly "Italian". The dining area could use a bit of an update, but it was clean and well managed.
