They did everything right. We stopped in for dinner on a Friday and ordered the Sushi Standard. It was simple yet excellent, with authentic Japanese flavors that I truly appreciated. We were seated immediately with no wait, and the service was quick and outstanding. And, the price is very reasonable.

Darn. I order from Megu a lot. First time ordering the crispy rice topped with spicy tuna. No Wasabi or ginger included, and tbh it was super bland bc of it. Not getting any spice from the spicy tuna at all - really needing the Wasabi.

I grew up here but moved about 7yrs so definitely had to check out the new sushi spot. Very clean establishment. Staff was super friendly! My sushi is absolutely delicious and the price was a plus! Definitely go here again next time I'm in town for a visit.

I placed a GrubHub order and immediately called the restaurant to add an item. They told me they couldn’t do it, because they don’t have a credit card machine that allows them to take payments over the phone. While that is nonsense, it doesn’t warrant a bad review in itself. The restaurant instructed me to contact GrubHub Customer Support to add the item. I proceeded to complete this annoying process only for the restaurant to decline my adding an item to the order. You don’t make me speak to GrubHub CS for no reason and NOT get a one star review.

Food also wasn’t good.

After trying nearly a dozen over priced or poor quality ACYE sushi places...Megu Haddonfield was the perfect balance between price point and quality. Restaurant is very clean and decorated wonderfully. Maki rolls are wrapped tight with proper vinegar (acid) balance in sushi rice. I am only disappointed that they discontinued the salmon skin roll as it was once the best I have had in awhile.

West Coast folk...my fellow Californians... California rolls are different here and most sushi chefs around here have never heard of Lion King roll. So please be prepared that sushi is made slightly different here then West Coast.

Megu's sushi is top-notch! We usually order delivery, but decided to stop in on a Thursday evening because we were getting stir-crazy. Our waitress was super attentive and came back several times to ensure we were happy with our meal. We had an assortment of basic rolls (salmon, yellowtail jalapeño, crab, and cucumber) and had nothing but positive opinions about them all. I would highly recommend checking out Megu the next time you're in the area. In fact, I'd even recommend getting delivery since the food arrives fresh every time.

The dine in service was terrible. Felt very unwelcome and rushed to order, even though no one else was in the place. The salmon in Philadelphia roll looked and tasted like it had gone bad. On a positive note, the California roll was good and so was the miso soup. My friends and I were wondering why the place was so empty, and now we can see why. We hope to get a more friendly server next time if we ever decide to give it another try…

I ordered pickup for lunch and when I got there, the closed sign was on the door and no one was in sight. My order was not ready, the ticket hadn’t even been printed because they hadn’t even turned the printer on yet. They were still in the process of opening even though they had opened an hour prior. Their lunch deals are good, but the food isn’t good enough to deal with the lack of professionalism. The fish was also very tough and tasted like it had gone bad. I ended up not eating most of my meal.
