If it wasn't for Enrico the manager, I would've given this place a 1 star. Don't get me wrong, we have been loyal Passariello customers for two years but today was probably the worst service I have received in all the times I've been there. I placed an order for a gluten free pizza and was told that the pizza would take 10 minutes to make. I chose a meat lovers pizza for toppings, and the pizza that came barely had 8 slices of pepperoni an 3 teaspoons of bacon....
Stopped here to get a slice on the run. Place and food looked inviting. Has a bit of a cafeteria vibe but we liked it. Open space and lots of tables. Only got pizza which was decent but all the food looked good. Not upscale, but for what is it seemed like a good place to grab a bite to eat. Ordering at counter and payment system seemed a bit disjointed. We would go back.

It gets it done but I just can't find real Italian flavor. My family of 6 can all find something they like from pizza to giant salads and dinner entrees.
The place is VERY clean, the variety is fantastic and the food is hot. But for $130 I would just like to taste something resembling spices.
