I've been here enough times to say this without a doubt in my mind, there is one Barista there who really needs to reevaluate how he makes drinks. I don't know his name. Dude with short red hair and glasses. He cant make a latte to save his life. This place is amazing and the coffee is good but when I see him behind the counter, I just know for a fact that he's gonna mess up my latte.

Just had the most unfortunate experience at Saxby’s. Im a customer of 5 years and have never had a problem with this location. Today was an awful ordeal. I called the the establishment about five times. The first couple of times were ignored and on the third time someone picked up the phone and put it down so I could hear the commotion but no one was answering to take my order. Then they clicked the phone off and I called two more times and they ended the calls immediately. The main reason I was calling because I know it takes some time to prepare breakfast sandwiches with orders. The employees were acting childish with the phone so my friend and I drove down there to order in person. When we arrived there was no line at all it was about 10:20 am and I started providing my order. As we are ordering the women there start trash talking the caller in front of us! It was so absurd. Then my friend used her phone while I was ordering to call to see if they would pick up the call but instead they denied it again. My friend spoke up and said I just called you and you denied my call. Their response was I’m sorry we’ve been so busy. I responded with that’s fine but there’s no one here now. There was a total of four staff there. When they found out we had been calling they were snickering and being very rude. The women who took our order gave us a stamp card because she felt bad but it was quite the ordeal. Then a man brought our food out to eat there even though we asked for it to go. Then he brings it out wrapped up and rolls his eyes at my friend. I believe our meal should have been fully comped because of how the employees treated us. We were bullied and treated unfairly and I don’t think this is how Mike wants to run his business. If this situation would have been rectified to the best of its abilities I wouldn’t be leaving such a negative review. I truly think staff needs to go through a hospitality and care course so they can learn to treat individuals more appropriately when they are serving them. I hope to hear from the owner on how he can resolve this situation for me since I’ve been a long time customer and this is the first time I’ve truly been appalled.

I visit Saxby's in Haddonfield every Friday to do some remote work for my pediatric dental office, and it's become one of my favorite spots! The coffee is consistently great, but what really stands out is the exceptional service. The owner, Mike, has clearly fostered an amazing team culture that shines through in the friendliness and professionalism of the baristas. It's always a welcoming and comfortable place to work, and I appreciate the effort they put into making each customer's experience enjoyable. Highly recommend for both coffee and the atmosphere!

good reliable spot downtown. I don't go because the coffee is exceptional but because the staff is always kind and they have a great atmosphere for getting some work done(which is actually way more important than great coffee-- making a good cortado is something that can be learned easily(this is really my request that the staff gets better trained at the espresso bar. I don't want someone to ask what size macchiato or cortado I want, those only come in one size? otherwise you guys are great)
A great place to sit with friends and have coffee and a light meal. So sorry you are no longer open evenings. Any chance you'll be back?

So my gf & I had a split review of Saxby’s — I really liked my oily grilled ‘cheese’ & JUSTegg sandwich, and she wouldn’t have picked this place had she known that’s about all there was to eat. …There’s really NO nutritional value in any of the ingredients.
I loved the indulgent crunchy, grilled bread & melty “cheese”. (Of course, she’s right — not the best way to start the day.)
I did get a banana.
Coffee was kind of weak — not really the strength a latte should be. ??♂️
