The food was very flavorful, but it was almost cold. I found it so odd since the place is small and seems as though the food would be served the moment it’s plated, but both the duck and pork were almost cold, I’m not exaggerating. I also understand that since the duck and pork were cooked to maybe a medium temp, and then sliced to be plated, it’s not going to be steaming hot, but still should have been warmer than it was. The service was good - the girl that served us was very nice and appropriately attentive. And the restaurant is cute and cozy.

Super romantic and cozy. We celebrated my husband 's birthday. He comes from a French family, so he was delighted with the whole menu. Even if you don't know exactly every dish you can't go wrong . We got the escargot, olives, and the roasted radishes, amazing. Such simple vegetables but full of flavor. We had the Steak and the duck, tender and cook to perfection. Even the fries, they are crunchy and addictive. Cauliflower au gratin, this could be my whole meal, and the carrots with the aillade pistachio, oh my gosh, I never had such a brilliant selection of veggies. If you are vegetarian, you definitely can have fun here. We had the creme Brule and the crepe, if in doubt, get the crepe, it is fantastic!. We enjoy ourselves and our server was super warm and funny, she made our evening so enjoyable!
This local gem of a restaurant is just perfect. My wife and I had a romantic dinner with that boutique restaurant feel that is usually reserved for big cities. The service was outstanding, the food exceptional and the warmth of my Parisian mother’s kitchen. We cannot wait to return.
The most amazing crème brûlée I’ve ever had, sweeter than the rest but in a wholesome Milky Way, not in anyway too heavy. We also had crispy frog legs, duck and halibut - I really love the laid back atmosphere paired with top tier food!

Worst dinner ever. Very small very noisy. Food was really bad . The waitress( not friendly ) did not even ask why we hardly touched our food. Costed $120 for 2 ( no alcohol as BYOB) and we were so hungry that we ate when we came back home.

From the food, to the service, to the vibes - Alan and his team took care of every detail and made the night perfect. It’s been a couple weeks since we ate at Little Hen and we still talk about how good it was. Food was perfectly cooked, seasoned. From the bread to the dessert, and many many dishes in between, all three of us were raving at how damn delicious it was. service was attentive and kind but not overbearing. I’m very much looking forward to going back.
