We hosted a birthday dinner at The Little Hen this past weekend and it was INCREDIBLE! From the food, to the service, to the vibes - Alan and his team took care of every detail and made the night perfect. The mushroom toast, duck, roasted carrots, crème brûlée - all so terrific, delicious, & flavorful! 10000/10 would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to host an event or just go for a meal. Attended a small wedding celebration here. 🎊 The restaurant was the perfect size for our group and the food was phenomenal. Everybody was so happy with the meal and it was definitely the best wedding meal I've ever had!! The staff and chef were awesome and everything was great. Super delicious 😋

It’s been a couple weeks since we ate at Little Hen and we still talk about how good it was. Food was perfectly cooked, seasoned. From the bread to the dessert, and many many dishes in between, all three of us were raving at how damn delicious it was. service was attentive and kind but not overbearing. I’m very much looking forward to going back.
What an absolute culinary gem!! Quaint cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a chef that has a passion for great cuisine. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I visited The Little Hen on Valentine’s Day, expecting a special dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell short.
We ordered the Duck Fry and Steak Moutarde. The duck was undercooked, so I had to return it. By the time they brought it back, my wife had already finished her meal, which made the experience awkward. The steak was very plain, lacking the rich flavors we expected.
Service was also disappointing. At one point, the waitress took our dish without even asking if we were done, which felt rushed and unprofessional.
For the price and reputation of this restaurant, we expected better food and service. Sadly, it was not the romantic and enjoyable evening we had hoped for.
Had a great dinner at the little hen! Service was great and the ambiance was cozy. Food was excellent and a classic french menu.

I visited the establishment a few days ago and can't think of anything they could of done differently. I had the toast and mushroom, deviled eggs, escargot, duck breast and sea scallops. One of the best meals I have has in a long time. I loved every minute of it. It was a great night out.

Wandered in without a reservation and had a delicious, authentic French dinner here the other night. Wanted to be sure to leave a review because the food was not only delicious and service was great, but they were also very accommodating of my gluten allergy. They walked me through my menu options (which there were plenty), and I had the duck and asparagus, which were super tasty. Only thought was that the price point was a bit steep, but we could have definitely split an entree with an app or two to help with cost.
Dietary restrictions: Accommodated my gluten allergy with no issues! Lots of gf options.
