Chef Stollenwerk is just what Bon Appetit labeled him -- "The Fish Whisperer" Each time we dine at Two Fish we come away more amazed at his creativity and ability to maximize the flavors in each dish and with an incredible variety of seafood and vegetables! Two Fish is nothing short of amazing! My husband and I have been seafood lovers for years, but no other restaurant has come close to the culinary experiences we've had at Two Fish. Mike is an amazing chef which is evident in his gorgeous dishes that are paired perfectly with a variety of delicious accoutrements. Felice is a fabulous host. Tough to get a seat, reasonably so. Incredible 6 course tasting menu, each plate was uniquely delicious. Usually tasting menus offer small portions, not the case here at all. Still full from last night ? looking forward to the next meals at this hidden gem!
