Excellent and huge mussels, shrimp, and scallops in tomato sauce.
Others enjoyed their entrees, too. Generous piece of baklava to share! Very tasty!

New ownership took over in July 2024 and the quality is no longer there :(. The lamb was extremely dry and overcooked. Overall very disappointed. Many better places to eat in Haddonfield and Collingswood!

If you’re a foodie then this place probably isn’t for you. I’ve had some great authentic Mediterranean food, and this food is just alright. I ordered the chicken kabob and the whole dish definitely could have used some more salt to really bring out the flavor. The chicken was dry, the rice was bland, and the veggies were pretty good. I won’t be coming back for a second time, but you’ll probably like it if you’re not that into food like I am.

Just had a delicious, impromptu lunch here with my husband, our kids and a close friend. We were starved during the arts festival, so we stopped in. I ordered the Italian salad with chicken and I was really impressed. The salad was so flavorful and it was definitely up there with one of the best salads I’ve ever had. We also ordered the hummus of the month, jalapeño and honey. It came out with warmed pita and was really good. My husband and our friend enjoyed their food as well. The servers were so friendly and were being so sweet to our kids. We will definitely be back!

I stopped by, with a friend, for dinner. We were seated immediately. We chose outside seating, but under the roof of the entrance. It was a mid-week day so there was no weekend Haddonfield crowd, and no wait.

Our server was super friendly and knew the menu very well. She did a great job explaining how the food was made and what we were getting. The food took a while to come out. I get it, everything is made fresh, you realize why when your plates arrive. The presentation is perfect. I'm not complaining.

To start, we ordered the Zaffron Tasting Plate. Great grouping of different humus, cheese, olives, and Baba ghanoush on the plate..... But there was 1 pita cut into 4 slices. Definitely not enough for two people, and not enough to help with dishing out all of the humus and Baba ghanoush. Shame, because everything on the plate was delicious.

I've seen reviews about the lack of pita being served I don't get why this is and why it hasn't been corrected. I kind of expected the pita issue, but thought they would have corrected this by now. I mean the cost of making small batches of pita is probably pennies on the dollar. Our waitress did ask if we would like more pita, of course we said yes. She brought out one more pita, cut into 4 slices. I'm not sure if we were charged because I didn't check the bill for that. Other's have mentioned there is a charge.

I ordered the Chicken Kurma... Outstanding. One of the best dishes I've had in a while. I just wish the chicken wasn't so dry and chewy. My friend ordered the chicken kabob. She liked it, but said the chicken was over cooked and chewy. I have to agree, I tried it myself. It was the same as mine. We both agreed if the chicken in going to be overcooked then maybe they should consider using cubed boneless chicken thighs, because it's hard to ruin those. She really liked the tzatziki, Basmati rice and roasted vegetables.

The final bill wasn't that expensive. I thought it would have been more. Even though there's a couple issues mentioned, I enjoyed the dinner & the service. I would go back again.

The food quality here is the best in area you can taste it in everything they prepare. You can also tell they care about your experience everybody from server to owner to general manager it just seems like a happy family atmosphere. We will return very soon!

Zaffron is our go to when we want a delicious meal that is also health choice. The long hots are amazing, as is the Lamb Shank and Seafood Dish!! So fresh and full of flavor.

Such a great meal. Got the baba ghanoush and hummus combo-hummus special was roasted onion-both were delicious. Had the cream of broccoli soup (soup of the day) probably the best cream of broccoli I've had. Girlfriend got the salmon over orzo-Oh Em Gee fab. I got the lamb shank-flavorful and fell right off the bone-i was in heaven. Owner was a hoot all night-really friendly and actually cared about his guest. We'll be back!

I found this place with my girlies while doing wedding stuff back in 2019 and have been obsessed since then. Now my husband and I love making the trip down from the Trenton area to eat here. Amazing food, great service and a great location to walk after filling our tummies. Totally recommend this to anyone looking for fresh mediterranean dishes.

Best place is great. It's a little different because you have to place your entire order at once. My favorites were the chickpea and quinoa soup and the roasted peppers.
