Latte coffee tasted like instant coffee they dont know how to make coffee. They charge 5 dollars which is higher then other places. They asked a 1 dollar for cup of ice in about 90 f outside! I never asked to pay for ice in other dunkin. Not kind.

I asked for an iced coffee and they put nothing but cream and sugar in it. I just left the drive thru line and he told me to buy a new one if I didn’t like it. He was rude and all the other Dunkin’s in my area usually switch out the drink. I couldn’t even take a sip of my coffee.

Absolutely disgusting. A coffee place that can't make coffee. A latte tastes like sweet watered down milk with zero coffee. Food thats burnt on outside Frozen on inside. Its. No matter when you stop , it's always the same. Don't waste your $$. What's sad is it seems like they are all turning out to be this way.

So I recently moved to the area decided to stop by this Dunkin on my Birthday and went through the drive through and I had birthday rewards but the lady at the window kept telling me it didn’t go through so I ended up going inside after being inside same thing got said so whatever I decided to pay. After I paid I got told oh your reward shows up now but you can’t use it since you paid already next time you come in it will be available. It’s so frustrating that it took forever to get my drinks and food because they couldn’t figure out the rewards.
