Ordered online for delivery. Door Dash messed up and delivered to wrong house who refused to give it back. I called the store and the manager made good on it. He personally delivered my sandwiches and gave me a coupon for future order. He also threw in dessert! Great customer Service and management!

They have good flavor and ok but very expensive. Probably like $15 for a sub. Its hard to get a good sub down south , so I can see why people go there. But in New Jersey we have so many good sub shops, I just dont really go here.

I love Jersey Mike's! I've always thought it was a Sub Above the rest however my latest experience has been less gratifying. My order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 5 and I got a Ham and Cheese sub. 😒I was on my lunch break and drove 20 minutes to pick up my order which I ordered online. When I got there they were working on another order which is fine but when I got back to work another 20 minute drive I noticed my sandwich was wrong. To far to go back...
