Very large menu. All items I've tried so far have not disappointed. This area was greatly in need of a place like this. I feel like I've gone to South Philly every time I order from there.

Place was great at first.Ordered a meatball with penne vodka sauceGot home, 2 meatballs on a big cut roll, and the roll was like a bowl of sauce. When I went to eat it, it turned to mush in my hands cuz whoever made it overfill it with sauce.Penne Vodka dinner for wife? The container was less than half full of the pasta lol. But hey they gave me a good amount of the tater tot side, thanks guys.Love coming into a place spending $47 and getting half or so of what shohld actually be provided. But you know what, the serving size is fine, that doesnt bhg me. What bugs me is I cant eat my food like a normal person. The bread being completely mush and sauce spilling all over was annoying. Now I have to eat my sub out of a bowl with a fork

I had a horrible experience doing take out. Waited for 20 minutes for an order. The manager was arguing the entire time with the girl who was waiting the counter. The yelling and criticism was offputting. Then my food was left sitting behind the counter and no one called my name. The manager then asked who I was and handed me the bag, I told her I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and nothing was done to rectify the situation. It’s a shame because I really enjoy their food but I don’t know if I’ll be coming back.

Just ordered dinner with my wife. My wife was handed her meal and mine never arrived. After 20 minutes passed my wife found everyone hanging out in the kitchen. They just ignored my order. Not an adult working. Spanish music blasting from the kitchen. I was given an excuse, no refund, no gift card. Over priced,the owners got lazy.

The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I had an uber eats debacle where my driver never picked it up and I had to get it even after sitting for 40 mins the food was incredible and the bread wasn’t soggy.

Simple and easy. I was in and out. Love their Italian hoagies but felt like a hot dog, just plain with sauted onions. I used to go to wawa, but they never have any available. Once I found they have them, I don't waste my time trying wawa anymore. Hoagies are a good size, so we share them. But this time, I was happy to get my tasty hot dog.
We come here a few times a week.Food is decent.Today we picked up an order and they made a cheese steak instead of regular one.Not a bid deal but we called so we could pick up a replacement and for 5 minutes the girl who said she was the manager could not comprehend that I just need a steak with fo.She kept repeating herself and was getting nasty.I finally said how come you can't comprehend NO CHEESE?.She said with a poor attitude I been here 2 years and she knows what to do.Its young people like this that is the problem with society a bad rap.Correct way to solve,I'm sorry well get that ready for you and again I apologize,no not from little Miss I been here 2 years.DISGRCEFUL.!

Wish I could give 0 stars, but had to give 1 to post review. Placed order through Yelp, was ready quickly as place was empty. Got food home only to find out they did not make one of the sandwiches correctly. Super disappointing since the place was empty. I guess they don't know what goes on their own sandwiches. Maybe look at your menu next time. Sucks for a vegetarian to find meat on their vegetarian sandwich.Called to complain and ask for a refund for the one sandwich and was told I would have to come back to get a refund. They stated they couldn't process a refund for the one sandwich, it would refund the entire order. That would be fine with me, given the other sandwich which they made correct was not good. Dry tired chicken cutlets.First and last time for Johhny Longhots. What a disappointment all around.
