It's been a while since we have been to sonic so we decided to go today. When pulling up to the drive thru no one asked if they could take my order so we had to go inside. When coming in the process was so SLOW. The lady at the cash register was taking orders and assisting door dash. The kitchen looked dirty and people were on their phones while handling food. There were a couple young guys in front of us and instead of her assisting us after she took their order we just stood there. We ended up walking out due to the service and the it looking dirty in the kitchen.
Amazing staff! So friendly and accommodating! Great food choices with great prices! I went here for the first time this week and had an amazing experience ! Highly recommend!

Went there several times the burgers are always cold with unmelted cheese on the burgers and globs of condiments.
Clean but don't get the dual garage doors that open the entire dining area.
Parking: They also have 1950's style park and order and eat in your car. Cute premise, good hot dog!

I placed a Online order and went to Sonic(Lumberton NJ) to pick it up. Came in a timely factor everything looked fine but the drink I bought was Paradise Sunset(Supposed to be Blood Orange Bubbly with Real Strawberries). I received w/o the Strawberries and I called twice and they twice hung up the phone to ask about why I didn't get the Strawberries in my drink That is not good Customer Service. I would pick up the phone and say bare with us. Can you please call back or we can call you back we are very busy and I would like to handle your call with customer curtesy. Just annoyed Ellen

My wife wanted chili cheese hotdogs for her birthday dinner and every place we tried them before she didn't like so we tried Sonic. It was pure junk food and we loved them. The service was also super fast and friendly.
