Worst food ever. I like 1 block away and the pizza was ice cold. I asked for half a pie with sun dried tomato and they threw rock hard slabs of them. The Buffalo Calamari was so underdone and slimy. I will never order from there again. Under New Management...horrible

Friendly staff, we arrived at quite time and had the whole seating area to ourselves. I suspect they do alot of takeout over the weekend. Unfortunately the current online menu is correct, they do not have a gluten free pizza. Hopefully they will get it back. I was happy with the salad options and didn't have any gluten issues.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The food order was incorrect and undercooked. When I called they didn't offer any regret or compensation, just excuses even as far as that there must have been a language barrier between me and the person who took the order. To add insult to injury I was told that my original order would have been more expensive so I should be glad I wasn't over charged. To me customer service means everything and this establishment cares nothing for its customers. This is my second time being disappointed with both the food and service but I promise it will be my last.

SUCH BAD SERVICE. WE JUST RECENTLY MOVED TO THE AREA, LIKE 2 MINUTES AWAY FROM THEM. ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDER BUT NEVER SAID ANYTHING. TODAY WE ARE DONE WITH THIS PLACE!.. AND WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER, WAS NOT AVAILABLE, THE GIRL IN THE PHONE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ENDING TALKING WITH THE DELIVERY GUY, WHO HAPPENED TO BE THE ONLY KIND ONE OVER THE PHONE. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN, SO MAD OF THIS PLACE....And next day...So, today I got a call from the owner to apologize for the inconvenience, THANK YOU!... I know the frustration taking over a new bussiness. I wish nothing for this place, but the best. I know they can do better, and hope their service and staff make their best effort to maintain quality and good service. Good luck with everything, God bless!

Used to be a “go to” place. Past few years have all been hit or miss. Mostly misses. Portions have gotten much smaller and this place has gone downhill slowly.

Since New Owner the place is really skimpy on the sandwiches. Clearly looking to cut cost at the price of quality.I like the employees, and the pizza is ok. But if you want a sandwich you are better off going literally anywhere else. Unfortunately I won’t be going back here anymore despite this being one of my favorite spots with the old management.

Got a large Sicilian pie delivered. Still got some slices stored in my fat rolls for later. Very nice customer service from delivery! I only wish they added more garlic.

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I love how their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the spot neat all the time. Rates are affordable and they serve big portions.

I ordered a large pizza & two orders of hot wings I went to eat a slice of pizza there was barely any sauce & definitely didn’t taste good & the wings were okay but since under new management big Jim’s will never be the same never again will I order here

This establishment has recently changed management, and its not for the good. Half the menu items are no longer available and available items are lacking. I've ordered from this pizzeria for over 25 years, have seen and experienced other management but by far this experience has been worst. To live in the tri-state and not carry staple receipes is nonsense.

I just ordered spaghetti with marinara sauce, which should be the easiest dish to make. I get sauce splattered on spaghetti that is luke warm at best and you can see tomato water on the bottom of the dish The place has been going down hill for years, unless the boss is hanging around to make sure things are being done properly. You dont get quality food here any more.
