Buonocore's Brick Oven Pizza

I went at 7pm to order fried calamari and two slices of plain cheese. To my observation the only two slices that was there were dried as if it has been sitting for hours. They wouldn't make a fresh pie they close in one hour as per the lady attendant. I ask for fried calamari and she stated they didn't have any. That took my appetite away. So I left.

Absolutely delicious pizza and heros. My favorite. You can tell the quality of the ingredients is really high and the skill with which the food is prepared is top notch.

What truly sets this place apart is the owner, who is not only passionate about his craft but also incredibly friendly. We made such a conversation as we are friends for a long time. He is a big Napoli fan and we talked about his team and players. We had such a great time he even offered us desert and expresso in house. Such a nice guy .

Overall, Buonocore’s pizza offers delicious food and a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend

They have got to have the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m Italian and never everrr had pizza that was this good. My man is super picky about pizza and he couldn’t believe how good it was! I had to post this in my Facebook group because I was shocked we were just looking for any pizza shop and stumbled across buonocore’s. 10/10 pizza. We had a white pizza and pepperoni. Excited to try new things on the menu. I would post a pic but I ate it ?

Disappointed the pizza was very greasy and did not taste good at all. Would like a refund.

Hands-down best pizza in the area! The handmade dough is to die for and the ingredients are always fresh.

Just moved to NY/NJ area from the West Coast and I came to Buonocore's the week I moved here because my friends and I were really craving some amazing East Coast pizza, and this place did not disappoint!! ? Hands down one of the best pizza places, if not the best, I've ever been to and it's going to be really hard to beat this place, even in New York! I had the Willy pizza and it was sooo good. ? I also had the baked ziti and my friend had the fettuccine Alfredo and they were also mouthwatering pasta dishes! My friends had the Mark pizza and the Luigi, and they were both amazing as well. The sauce, the cheese, the crust... everything was perfect! Oh, and the mozzarella cheese is freshly made in the restaurant by the owner who has 25+ years of experience as a "pizza man" as he says, including his time in Italy where he was born and grew up! He told us his parents owned a mozzarella factory in Italy, so that's where he gets his experience making the cheese. He's a true Italian through and through, and the perfect man for this job! The food was amazing, the service was even better, and the atmosphere felt like a true Italian family restaurant! We even heard he and his wife arguing, but not in a disrespectful way, just in a funny Italian family-like way and it just made the experience feel more authentic! ?
I raved about this place to my parents and sister, and as I'm writing this review, we are on our way there so I can show them what I was talking about! This is about a 1 hr drive from our house, but it's worth the drive and gas! Trust me! ? Go try it now!
