My first time there & the Costumer service was horrible ! The lady made my drink with the wrong ingredients and I had an allergic reaction! I asked for a juice she made a smoothie and after I told her the drink was wrong she called the guy from the back to speak to me and he try to make me pay for the drink anyway I would never go back here again ! The juice bar on west broadway is wayyyy better

Raffi's Juice Bar, in Haledon, is a great place. They're all fresh, and the environment is very amiable. The staff are always cheerful, which is a big plus. The cappuccino, in particular, that they serve is fantastic; it's smooth, rich, and perfectly made.

I ordered from Raffi’s a few times. It’s good to have a local place that emphasizes healthy food. The place is very neat and clean. The portions are very good and at an affordable price. The food is always consistent and flavorful. I’d say it’s one of my favorite spots to order from in Haledon. I would highly recommend.

Place has EXCELLENT food. Super clean, and the people are super friendly. The only downside is it's not very easy for the regular person to know it's there. More signage would definitely help them out, but a dynamite place. Everything I've eaten here is superb. From the Cubano, to the burgers, or even just a breakfast sandwich (at any time ) is excellent..

Amazing smoothies and food! I can’t believe this was my first time here. Highly recommend and I will be returning frequently! My açaí smoothie was an easy 10/10! The Mango smoothie was also delicious and the Colombian Empanadas were super fresh and flavorful!

I have been getting the same salad a few times a week for a month or so. It has been done to perfection! I went today and there was another “chef” there. My salad was nothing like what I had gotten every other time I ordered take out from here! I called and spoke with the owner who said that HE was the chef for my order and he made it apparent that could not have cared less that I did not get what I ordered.. Such a:shame as I prefer to support local business. Why would I care about supporting his business when the owner has no idea how important listening and customer service are?? Not smart!!

Hands down the best place to eat in the area. The food is always fresh and seasoned well, the portion sizes are adequate. There isn't anything on the menu i haven't liked. The shakes are amazing so far I had the super energy, and the coconut smoothie. Their turkey triple-decker is a 10 and their beef empanada is Colombian style really good. I highly recommend this place.
