A Hispanic man was extremely rude he must have hearing issues I must've yelled my order to this man and he made the wrong drink and REFUSED to remake the drink. I confirmed my order at least 20 times how can he get it wrong and then refuse to make a drink???? I worked at Dunkin before no manager denies a remake on an order he's like just stuck up and incredibly unprofessional never ordering when I see this guy again. Please wear hearing aids next time. There is definitely a problem.

The Lady at the drive through with the Green hair is not pleasant at all. She always has an attitude and I’ve caught her talking bad about customers a few times. No recommended to start your morning off with that kind of negativity.

I don't eat or drink anywhere and only go 2 the Shop n Bag if I need 2 get Vegetables but the pics look so inviting and the location is nice as I live n the area. Maybe 1 day I'll stop n just 2 smell the donuts. I use 2 be huge into desserts especially the great Dunkin Donuts places but muscles don't like sugar. So I give 5 stars because so many people go 2 u and I'm sure u deserve it.

I received extremely rude service from the moment after I ordered my drink today. Now I've had many experiences at this location both good and not so good but never anything to write home/a review about until today. I ordered a medium Pumpkin Spice Signature Iced Latte with next to no ice because too much ice gives me a headache but also when that ice melts, it waters down my beverage. The gentleman taking my order said "no problem." He then rang me up for a large Iced Original Latte with pumpkin swirl. (I did not notice this until after I had walked away.) When he handed my drink over I asked him "would you please take out some of that ice. There's way too much in there and it'll give me a headache which is why I asked for next to no ice." He begins to take out ice to please me, his customer. His manager sees what he's doing and asked him "Why are you taking out so much ice?" He told her "She asked me to because it's too much." She turned to me and said "We don't do that here. He made your drink correctly. That is the minimum ice we are allowed to use." I said "Excuse me but I've ordered my iced beverages at multiple locations including this one and from you many times and I've never been told that before. I understand you have a recipe you follow but I always ask for next to no ice and have never had any issues with it before." She responded with "Well, that's just how we make it here." After that, the young man stopped taking out the ice and just filled the cup up with more milk. When he handed it to me, I asked him if he could put a little of the whipped cream on top like it's supposed to have and he said "Well, I could do that but then I'll have to charge you more cos I only rang you up for an original latte and that drink doesn't have whipped cream." I told him, "I understand but I ordered a pumpkin spice signature iced latte, not an original iced latte." He and the manager exchanged eye rolls so I just walked away "I won't be coming here again for a while after this service." Hopefully the next time I come to fulfill a craving at this location, they won't be working. I've contacted Dunkin' Donuts customer service about this since it's just beyond unacceptable to receive such rude service when dealing with a minor issue.
Workers are very congenial and are masked and my order was delivered to me in my car pretty quick.
