old head bouncer has an attitude, unable to get a drink after 15 minutes. absolutely ignored. if you don't want my patronage just say so. but indirectly ignoring patrons is just not how the service industry works.
the one male bartender (mike or mark. i don't remember his name) that's older was rude during a phone call from my fiance and his friend looking to buy a six pack of surfsides to carry out.
Held a baby shower tonight and was very happy from start to finish . Sam the manager couldn’t have been more helpful . Service was excellent and food was delicious.
