Service issues:
Had to ask for utensils when apps were delivered.
Food issues:
- too much ice in the old fashioned.
- pickle fries were tasteless
- soup served with the grilled cheese burger was cold ( and served without a spoon)
- grilled cheese burger was more toasted rather than that buttered grilled bread.
- Bourbon St. meal came without the sauce.
Didn't complain or get food comped because we were there for a fundraiser for a local business and didn't know if it would impact the donation.

We ordered from the Applebee’s in Hammonton on December 11, 2025 with a scheduled Carside To Go pickup time. We arrived early, yet after waiting roughly five minutes, we were handed the wrong order. Ten minutes later, we were approached again and told our correct food would be out in about five minutes. Instead, it took an additional fifteen minutes before our order was finally brought out.

While the staff was polite, the service itself was completely unacceptable. When we arrived home, approximately 20 minutes away, we discovered that none of the sauces we specifically ordered for each meal were included. This made the food bland and significantly diminished the quality of the meals. At that point, returning to the restaurant was not feasible.

For a restaurant of this caliber and given the amount of money we spent, this level of service is unacceptable. The experience was extremely disappointing and it fell far below the standards we expect from Applebee’s.

We go to Applebee's all of the time! It's the perfect place to run out and have a decent dinner on a date or with a big group! They have great prices and a fun, casual atmosphere.

I took my elderly mother there last Friday for lunch. The male waiter spilled the entire meal all over her. She had dip on her shirt, pants and down to her shoes, which were ruined! His response was”sorry “. That was it. As a business owner, the manager should have stopped at our table to apologize and comp her meal. Never again

Ordered through the app like I have done in the past with no problems. Placed the order at 6:14 the app gave a pickup time of 6:54 . Waited in the curbside pickup area for 20 mins and no one came out to check what name on the order. Had to get the attention of young man to check on order he never came back. Had to go inside and asked for the Manager and it was the young man that never came back to the car. He said he would discount the food. But by the time we got the food it was cold. Gary who identified himself as a manager gave the excuse that he had staffing issues. But everyone else got their food in a timely manner and probably was at least warm.
