We typically love Applebee's but would rather drive an hour to get to any other one than to return to this particular restaurant. Service was not good. Food made everyone sick. Literally made us sick. We sent some food back and even the manager never came out to the table to talk to us, despite passing our table 3 times. It's like no one cared about the customers.

I ordered a steak medium well and it came out raw. Although the waitress was nice about it, the manager could not find time ro speak to us.

The food was amazing and the server was great the manager Cathy was rude and obnoxious towards the customers and the staff it was very disrespectful towards our server yelling at her in front of customers and calling her names I don’t think she should be

It wasnt busy so there should have been no reason why we sat there for 25 min waiting for our waitress to come back so we could get a box and check.

Update: I had dinner here. Service was almost non-existent. This is not normal. However, the next time I eat there, if I get the same waitress, I'm walking out.Well, I tried again. I didn't think service could get any worse. After waiting 15 minutes (I timed it) for my waitress to reappear to get my check, I finally went to the host's stand to get my check. I'm done.
