Everything was good, staff was friendly but this establishment does not use gloves when touching food from kitchen staff to cashier. Your bagel & food will be touched with bare hands after staff touched the phone and register for change. No handwashing seen in between as well. It is such a turn-off, this is how we spread illnesses to one another. Especially with handling food and serving to the public, proper PPE and handwashing should be utilized. Management should be enforcing this.

Classic deli, casual, not fancy. Nice place to sit, have a coffee and relax a bit. Good service, good prices.

The place is ok and their sandwiches and bagels are inexpensive but they don't make their own bagels and only have about 5 or 6 varieties of bagels. I would skip this place if you want a real NY bagel. The staff was very pleasant but the bagels seemed to be a little stale and they had big bags of bagels in their utility room

Parking: Park behind the restaurant there are plenty of spots

We stopped in on an early Sunday morning, and the cafe has a homey comfortable feeling. We were warmly greeted and ordered at the counter. There is selection of several coffees at the self service coffee bar, and a variety of juices in the cooler. Breakfast was served quickly. It was like a breakfast made by mom.

There is no better place to enjoy breakfast with friends than here. Everyone visits for laughs, comraderie, bagels, delicious breakfast and early lunch. Pancakes galore. Fresh bagels, juices, coffee, tea. A view of Bellevue Avenue and the businesses we love next door. Thanks to all who stop in just to get the day started and wish each other well. Love is in here. Candy apples and treats made by Robin. Scrumptious, warm food prepared with heart and soul by Ron, Frank, Diane, Kendra, Denise. Served up by Sara and all of the great people working here. Music playing and memories made.

Vegetarian options: Omelettes, vegetables, fruit and plenty of bagels!!

Dietary restrictions: Just ask and they will create it for you. Fresh fruit and veggies!

Parking: Parking in front, street parking, free back parking lot shared with surrounding businesses.

Kid-friendliness: Happy in here. They love the blueberry and banana pancakes with powdered sugar!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access in the front door, up the ramp then straight ahead to seating.

I liked the attention of the people in charge. The food too and the prices. A highly recommended place whether you are traveling alone, with family or friends.
