Ok as a door dasher one of the worst stores to pick up from. They will not use the delivery bags because as I was told today, it's hard for them cause sometimes the food doesn't fit in the bag. I replied McDonald's uses 2. The bags are easier for us to transport. Jus saying. Managers need to get on their employees and tell them to try harder

Start to finish, It was a great experience! (From the young man taking order to the young lady giving it to us, ). I also observed her as she was kind to other people besides just us. In addition, the food was hot and perfect! Best Burger King experience we’ve had in years.

This place is literally a joke. I have waited for over a half hour for food here with my kids screaming in the car. I am absolutely done with this place!
In the drive thru for 20min during business hours with no answer from anyone. The automated system said to look over menu, said hello over and over again, then when we drove around, there were just 3 people standing around behind the counter talking.

The food is decent for fast food but they take forever in the Drive-Thru even if I'm the only one and they the food half the time the way I order is wrong

Wow, Burger King was a bad experience. I haven't been in there in awhile but my granddaughter who is 3 wanted to go so we went. First, we waited in line for 40 minutes just to order. We had coupons for what we wanted and she wanted to give them to the guy, like she was paying him. They were running around like crazy bc they were understaffed (not their fault) but very unorganized. Our food should've been around 12.00 but the guy charged us 16.50 with the coupons. They were really busy so I just let it go. They need a lot of help there. I won't be going back no time soon.

Negative stars across the board. To hear that my family was neglected, scuffed at, and discriminated for being Hispanic is top tier unacceptable. The eye roll they gave my mother since she called them out for not having changed their soda was uncalled for. Better yet, I take it back, it was needed. They needed that eye roll to locate their brain if they had one. My mom just gave the same attitude back. Burger King please hire working people that actually keep up the company logo to “Have I it Your Way”. Also, if DoorDash hasn’t complained yet, there was also a Dasher who waited 25+ minutes for fast food.

The soda fountain is out of half of the drink choices, behind the counter is filthy. Fries and garbage all over the floor.
No one in the place so they clearly have time to restock and clean
