Negative stars across the board. To hear that my family was neglected, scuffed at, and discriminated for being Hispanic is top tier unacceptable. The eye roll they gave my mother since she called them out for not having changed their soda was uncalled for. Better yet, I take it back, it was needed. They needed that eye roll to locate their brain if they had one. My mom just gave the same attitude back. Burger King please hire working people that actually keep up the company logo to “Have I it Your Way”. Also, if DoorDash hasn’t complained yet, there was also a Dasher who waited 25+ minutes for fast food.

The soda fountain is out of half of the drink choices, behind the counter is filthy. Fries and garbage all over the floor.
No one in the place so they clearly have time to restock and clean

Look I'm not giving a bad review to be mean. I'm doing it in the hopes that someone in the upper management team can help the employees at this location. I placed an online order at 12:02 and did not leave with my food until 12:36pm.

I waited in drive thru for a few and the person helping me was very pleasant saying something along the lines of "hi thank you for choosing burger King. Please take a few minutes to look over the menu and I'll be right with you." NO PROBLEM! 10 minutes goes by and I decided to go inside. There are 3 employees taking care of no less than 13 people INSIDE! Plus whomever was placing orders at drive thru at this point.

There 1 was employee taking orders and running orders outside to the customers waiting in the "drive up please" area as ill call it.

Those were all the people I saw! That's a lot of pressure on only 3 people to be taking care of all of us!!

Now I personally am not mad but will say this location 100% needs more people, needs authority on staff and needs better delegation(at least from what was seen today). I can understand why less patient customers get upset but I could see today was just a struggle for the staff and they were just trying to get through it.

I have personally met several on the employees that work at this location and they are nice people just trying to make a pay check! It's ashsame there is not more help with better atmosphere.

They do not follow their schedule for being open/closing. They always close early, they always have something wrong that allows them to close early, the ALWAYS make your food wrong, often multiple times. Very unprofessional and gross environment. EDIT:2024 The only time I can get an edible meal here is when Gina is in the building. 10/10 for Gina and how she runs that restaurant.

There is never anyone here and the service is unbelievably slow. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to order and get your food when you're the only customer in the drive through.

The service here was extremely slow and all of the food was COLD, except the fries. The fries had no salt and they forgot our zesty sauce with the onion rings. When my husband went back in to get it, they gave him one ranch and one zesty. He did not ask for ranch. Idk what is going on at this location, but I would avoid it if you can. First and last time here. No wonder BK is going under with locations like this.

Had to call the store in order to get them to answer the drive thru speaker. No offense to the guy working, that is totally managements fault for putting one man to run a store on the day he is to unload the truck. Why do that to your employees or customers?
