Gave my daughter and I food poisoning. After I bite we noticed they didn't cook it fully. We stopped before my wife and son took a bite so they are fine. Will never eat here again.

The 1 star review is because Joseph the delivery driver working on August 10th at 11pm said he was less than 2 minutes away and he would be right here. I waited another 15 minutes to find out he turned around without calling back saying he had to cancel nor trying a different form of navigation. I waited over an hour and a half for food I was never going to receive. This is unprofessional in everyday and I will be calling in tomorrow to speak to management. This is unacceptable and I won't allow it even if I was out of the delivery zone you could call before even making the order or why does the app allow me to place the order anyways?

Worst customer service ! The guy working there literally argued with me about my tots not being burnt when they were burnt and hard as a rock. Also they forgot all my sauces and when i said i was coming back to get them, he then said well i gave you one sauce so you can only get 3 more … well if you remember giving me one… why didn’t you give me the other three that i paid for, that were clearly right on the receipt..never In my life did i have to argue with someone over there mistake… i just wanted to go pick up new tots that weren’t burnt and my sauces that i paid for unbelievable

Absolutely horrible. Ordered for delivery at 8:00pm. It gave an estimate of 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, I called and they had said they were short staffed and it should only be about 15 more minutes. at 9:30pm I got my pizza nice and COLD and on top of all of that, they forgot my sauce!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

The app added pineapple and black olives which I didn’t click on the employee that answered the phone was very rude and told me I had to pay for another pizza and pay for the delivery guy to drive out to me
