Had lunch at Downtown Peru in Hammonton yesterday. So happy to have found this place! Really awesome food! Service was good as well. Every single item we ordered was perfectly made. You have to try the passionfruit juice as well!
Went to grab a light lunch to go. Ordered the chicken empanadas appetizer and a house salad. Paid nearly $15. When I opened my bag after leaving I was extremely annoyed to see they charged me $7 for only ONE empanada!! And their menu description doesn’t even mention the empanadas have a dry boiled egg in it 😕 !!! It was extremely dry, bland and overpriced!! Can’t believe I wasted my money!!
