Came in with my 6 year old the evening of 2/23/25 and sat at the counter for a solid 10 minutes before anyone greeted us or took our order. Even after saying hello multiple times. There was no one in line at the drive thru and there was two young people working, I could hear them laughing and talking in the back. Highly recommend training your staff to pay attention when customers come in. Or maybe teach them common manners and Customer service. Especially when there’s a different dunkin not far from here. We will be going there from now on.

Rude Staff. Pre-ordered a simple coffee and donut. Was asked to pull forward after I was told they didn't have the simple donut which I was fine with. Then sat at the second window for a good 10 mins. Then was asked what I was waiting for. Told them what I was still waiting for they acted like they were doing me a favor for taking my money. RUDE

Uli has pre-ordered a large order to be picked up at 6am everyday for 3 days straight. They were on point the first 2 days. Has the order waiting for me when I walked in the door. On the third day, they didn't even have it started yet. The girl that was running the drive thru kept Rolling her eyes at me, and the guy had to keep jumping in to help her with her drive-thru orders instead of getting my order ready. The guy didn't close the box for the munchkins, and instead of giving me the whole sleeve of cups for the box of Joe, he proceeded to waste more of my time by counting them out. I had about 50 people waiting on me at my place of employment. Plus, neither one apologized to me for making me wait. I asked him why it was not done when I got there. He said they had a lot of customers already. So you guys open at 5 am and I was there at 6 am and my order was not ready. Someone's $5 cup of coffee was more important than Lowe's $100 order. I was going to give this place 5 stars, but after this service, im only giving 2 stafs, I was going to give a 1 star but the girls on Tuesday was so sweet and the order was ready to go for me on Tuesday and Wednesday. But the girl that was working today needs to be retrained, and the guy needs to be more customer service centric. I was going to make this Dunkin' my go-to for all my future orders for my employer, but I'm not so sure about that now.

This has got to be the worst DD on the planet! How in the world do people move that slow! No one is friendly. No one is pleasant. Sometimes there are little kids on the intercom in the drive thru. Whaaat?!?! The employees act like you’re bothering them and interrupting them when you go here. No thank you. No you’re welcome. Nothing.
Ordered Coffee with milk. Received coffee with cream and sugar. Didn’t notice it until I was down the road. Waste of time and money. Terrible.

The team that was just working, it's 5:30 on Monday, August 5th, was exceptional! Layla in particular went above and beyond on my drink (that I almost forgot the order) and service. Both girls were on it though. Good job. Nice to see you kind people in the world
