I was at this location today and I saw there was a little line which I did not have a problem with. I've been to this location several times and I know that sometimes there's a lil line/wait because they are short staffed. After sitting in line for 2 or 3 minutes I decided to place my order on the mobile app so the food is ready to go when I get to the window. I consider myself to be a pretty patient person. I've waited 10 or 15 minutes at this location before but to wait almost 25 minutes for iced coffee, a couple of wraps and some munchkins is insane. I placed my mobile order at 10:11 a.m. and I did not get to the window until 10:32 which right there was over 20 minutes and that's not including the fact that I placed my order while I was in line already waiting. They didn't even have my complete order ready when I got there either. I had to wait for the guy to go grab my munchkins.
I wouldn't have been so bothered if I only seen a couple of people in there working which would make sense but I could visibly see 5 people and that's not including whoever was in the back prepping food. Didn't even get a sorry for the wait or anything when I got to the window either. Probably the last time that I stop at this specific location because there's no reason for people to be waiting that long for coffee and donuts at a fast food drive-thru. I would have gone inside and grabbed it if I didn't have my son who has special needs in the back seat with me.

Every single time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, the energy from the staff is incredible! They are very happy and thoughtful! They always have a huge smile on their face and the friendliest attitude and give the most nicest compliments! I come here very often, and every single time is the same energy!
Amazing I guess the owner of this franchise doesn't care about his or her buisness. I went in acouple adays ago for a frozen coffee. I walked in there were six associate working with one of them actually waiting on a customer at the drive thru window. One was counting a drawer the others were standing around talking to each other and playing on their phones. I went up to counter and was told to use the kiosk to place my order ,witch was already being used by another customer. I walked out at that point and called corporate to complain. I was told that they were going to send the complaint to the franchisee who would be in contact with me in a few days. Well four days later and I am still waiting. Taking back to my first statement. Now looking at all of the bad reviews for this location I'm guessing I'm correct with that statement. When you own a buisness customer service is your first concern and it should be your employees first concern too , without it you lose customers and end up closing.

When I ordered I had to be specific because I have allergies. So I told the young lady at the counter that what I needed and not to touch any meat with it because I'm allergic. She walked over to the person that was cooking and smartly said don't touch any meat whatsoever. As the cook said okay whatever. So she continued to cook never changed her gloves touched her hair at least three times with her gloves on and then proceeded to touch the food. This is the first time I've seen any of these workers. The only one who was respectful was the one that made my drink.

What a horrible place. I went inside. No one else was there. Waited a good 5+ minutes while employees walked past giving me dirty looks. When I finally got my order it was thrown at me. Literally thrown at me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I have already spread the word to avoid here at all costs.

Rude and disrespectful service, long drive through line and food not good. Not worth coming here and recommend finding a different dunkin. This is my first review for Dunkin and this sentiment is based on bad experiences at this location for over 5 years.

Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts, the staff are just extremely rude every time. They do not even acknowledge you, do not say a word. Not only that, but I wait forever almost every time I go. I keep coming back only because it’s the only one by my job. I dont normally post reviews, but whoever the hiring manager is at this location should probably hire some decent employees.
