Rude and disrespectful service, long drive through line and food not good. Not worth coming here and recommend finding a different dunkin. This is my first review for Dunkin and this sentiment is based on bad experiences at this location for over 5 years.

Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts, the staff are just extremely rude every time. They do not even acknowledge you, do not say a word. Not only that, but I wait forever almost every time I go. I keep coming back only because it’s the only one by my job. I dont normally post reviews, but whoever the hiring manager is at this location should probably hire some decent employees.

The SLOWEST and most INCOMPETENT employees in the world. Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. I know, crazy, but I had already mobile ordered my drink. When I finally got up to the window, they started making the drink I ordered 45 minutes ago!! What???? Then, they handed me a cup of what looked like milk. I told them it was way too light (I have the same order every time and it is significantly dark, as I add extra espresso). They then explained to me “a latte is just milk and espresso” as if I do not know that already?? I said, I understand, but I know my order and that is way too light. They go back to add one shot, which does essentially nothing for the drink (which for some reason they have put a medium latte in a large cup). I know it is still wrong. So I order a double shot right there at the window thinking I will just add it myself when I get home. Then I get home and take a sip to make room in the cup for the espresso, and drink a DISGUSTING drink. How do you work at a place with pre-
determined recipes for drinks and still mess it up so bad??? Even the extra espresso did not fix it. These employees need to be fired, and if it’s management that keeps bringing in these awful employees (it seems like it might be from previous reviews) then they need to go. Or else just close down the whole location. Terrible.

I usually don't do this kind of reviews, but it really pissed me off

. I drive by around 5:15 pm and it closes at 9pm
And I asked for a dozen donuts .....

And the answer was, we don't have any donuts, sorry...

What's the name of this place???????
DUNKING with NO DONUTS... ... this is unacceptable...
And this is everytime , this place needs to be more professional

Love the absolute attitude from the employees standing at the front counter. Standing there staring at me as if they have better things to do than take an order so I use the kiosk while they just stood there not working. I ordered assorted munchkins and the blonde chick really slammed the box down on the counter and only gave me chocolate and plain. And this is what it looks like. If you don’t like your job, choose a different one.

I don’t know who manages this Dunkin’ Donuts, but it is absolutely horrible. I ordered two of the six dollar meals. I came home. None of my hashbrowns were in the bag. Coffee was supposed to be cream, an extra sugar all the sugar sitting on the bottom because they’re too lazy to stir it before they hand it to their customers, And the lady in the drive-through is very rude. I would not Recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone.

25 min I'm the drive thru just for a frozen coffee, took 10 min just for them to take my order then had to pull up to the last window and wait for them to make it. SLOTHS!! And this is the service all the time.
