Dunkin’ tanked after they stopped making their own donuts. Their coffee is good, but everything else is nasty. The ‘food’ items are just grease chemicals. Won’t catch me there

I ordered one of their donuts without sprinkles and a croissant egg sandwich. The donut had sprinkles and I had to remind them I was waiting for it, poor customer service no discussion just handed me one...no apology very unprofessional. The croissant was burnt. Not returning there.
Stopped in here Sunday @1:30 and what a huge disappointment. Just wanted a hot coffee and a donut. Pulled up to the drive thru and was not acknowledged so I began to drive off when suddenly a voice "is anyone helping you?". Wow what do you think I'm the only person here, no other cars in the lot either...a ghost town. So the clerk rattles off the donut selection. Yikes the same frosted crap no one likes except a 5 year old. So I switch to a bagel sandwich with egg, sausage and cheese. Nope no bagels. Wait, half the sandwich menu is bagels??? Told the clerk I'd find coffee elsewhere. The sad thing about this experience is it repeats in most DD regardless of location or neighborhood. Whether its Manchester NJ or Manchester Ma and everywhere in between... They are out of donuts and being run by people making too much $/ hour to be incompetent boob "manager". You'd think the franchise owner would care...they don't. DD thinks they're still "king of the hill" in donut and coffee land. Newsflash the Wawa is always, always in stock, never out of coffee at 1:30, Sizzlies all day and night and donuts delivered fresh daily. DD has only 3 things to do and that's donuts, coffee and the occasional breakfast sandwich and they CAN'T do it right. I'm making it a point to stay out of DD. Save yourself time and aggregation too and do the same.

these people share 1 brain cell between all 3 of them. they gave me completely raw mini bagels and refused to remake them as if the money would come out of their minimum wage paycheck. if you mess someone’s food up you remake it. my friend asked for a knife and was handed a fork. extremely mentally slow workers.
