Disappointed. Stood and watched a guy stir a pot of milk for an hour on a tiny hot plate. We were 3 couples so no reason we couldn’t have our own set up. A little ball of cheese and not a bit to take home, Stay home and watch a video on YouTube!

Wonderful cooking class in Philadelphia and New Jersey! This class was a relaxing environment, cooking demonstration format, and you leave more than capable to do it on your own. Fun cooking class with Hors d'œuvres, very informative, finished off with the great meal you learned to prepare. Chef Jorge is knowledgeable and shared many great tips and tricks which make all the difference in the outcome when you duplicate the meal at home.

Great night out with my wife and another couple. We learned some cooking and drank some wine (which we brought). Great alternative to the normal dinner out. Chef Lou is a fun and entertaining person. It is true that you don’t actually cook a lot of the food yourself but I think asking questions as it’s prepared allows you to get the most out of it, rather than being distracted by what the next step is in the meal prep. I will be heading back for sure!

We found the chef to be very friendly and knowledgeable, and the discussion with others in the class to be fun. But to call this a cooking class is a mistake. We did not touch food or ingredients except to taste things... We WATCHED food prep, and some of the food was even pre-prepared, so we didn't get to see it being made, and had to ask about that if interested.Maybe that's our mistake - thinking we'd get to cook, but i sure thought that's what this was about - learning to cook some meals. i felt bad for taking my wife there - i know that was her goal. (I don't cook, but she loves to.) Sorry. Nice people, but we were very disappointed.
