Mannino’s Cannoli Express

I bought a dozen and a half cannoli’s for Xmas and we loved them! Our family loved them. The pistachio flavor was the best! Our out of town family are gonna stop by to pick up more!

it was delicious. I ordered a mint chocolate chip cannoli in a chocolate shell. I was given a regular cannoli in a regular shell. still enjoyed it have to go back to try a mint one.

The pumpkin and Sicilian filling are by far my favorite. The shells hold up well and stay crispy.

Customer service has become a lost skill apparently. Drove 40 minutes for a canoli date; arrived at 5:05pm (store closes at 6pm) ordered our cannolis and coffee and went to sit at the table and were abruptly barked at by the counter girl “we have to mop there!”
We go “oh I thought you are open for another hour?”
Girl - “Yeah but we have to mop”
Me-“So we can’t sit here?”
Girl-“Ummm. Ughh. Well we have to mop in 20 mins so as long as you are in and out by then” and walks away.
We sit down and open our box to find an extra canoli, so we ask the other counter girl if she added an extra canolli. “No you ordered 3” , we responded “no we each got one” and she shrugs her shoulders, laughs and walks away. No offer of a refund or apology, nothing :/
Cannolis and coffe were ok but the service we received ruined the whole experience. Will not be back but do suggest some training on customer service as many other reviewers previously mentioned.

Mannino’s is truly a treasure! Everything is usually always delicious but one recommendation is possibly changing how the cannoli shells are stored. We ordered a few today. the filling is absolutely amazing but the shells had that taste where you can tell the food was sitting out and it tastes the way a room smells? Some might understand what I mean and some might not, but I couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth. Other than that, absolutely delicious!
