Mannino’s Cannoli Express

I don’t know how this place gets the hype that it does because both my experiences at this place were nothing but terrible … the girls who work the counter are nothing but rude … they look at you with the most absolute disgust like you came in and took the time to bother them out of their day … I thought maybe it was a one time thing because hey everyone has a bad day … I came back a second time to ask if they had the strawberry cannoli (which was just posted on their instagram page) to which they told me no … so they didn’t have many other options beings I wanted to at least buy something to contribute to their business, I however wish I did not !!!! I will never return to this business and will deff put the word out to others, not to waste their time either !!!!! Such a rude establishment !!!!

the two girls working were extremely rude as others have previously mentioned. got there an hour before closing and was ignored until i addressed them. acted as though me being there was a huge inconvenience. good food but terrible service.

Went after seeing how many people loved their blueberry cannolis. We arrived at 5:30, the sign said they closed at 6 but the chairs were already up. When we walked in the two girls in the front seemed annoyed. We felt very unwelcome. I still left a tip but they obviously did not deserved it. As a small business owner myself, I would recommend improving their customer service.

All I can say is wow. Everything about this spot is 5 stars. The owner even took the time to chat with me and my friends. I highly recommend this location.

I love the fresh cannoli flavors and options of cannoli shells (double dipped chocolate, rainbow sprinkles, etc...). Lemoncello and classic chocolate chip are so delicious! Next time I go back (I live about 40 mins away), I will try the blueberry. If you're unsure of what flavor filling you want, you can request a tasting spoon. The cost is a bit more than most bakeries, but you will always get a nice amount of filling, and she'll n filling will be fresh. My only complaint, or suggestion, would be: please offer a smaller amount of mini cannolis! The smallest amount you can get is 20. If you're not having a party and just want a smaller family size, you can't get it. I would buy more and explore different filling flavors if a smaller box of 6 or 8 minis were for sale.

Kid-friendliness: There are tables and chair seating for anyone to sit and eat Gelato or other goodies.

Incredible and fresh!!

I called and was told the store was open until 4pm. I drove 30 minutes and arrived at 3:45 to find the store closed. I saw 2 people in the store, so I knocked. A very rude young lady answered the door and asked if she could help me in an abrupt manner. I stated that you are open to 4pm, but your sign on the door shows that you are closed. She rolled her eyes and said, " we are in a cleaning cycle. I can't do anything for you." And then shut the door. On your website and the sign in your window states you are open until 4pm on Sundays. This is the 2nd time that I've come to the store and had this very rude young lady to deal with. She acts as if it is a bother to service the customer. Love the cannoli, but I can do without the poor customer service.
