Went to Joe's new years eve afternoon. But the experience was not what we've had in the past. Ordered the dinner veal parm but the size was more like the lunch size. Ordered angel hair pasta with triple meat sauce. Received regular sauce. When they took it away they apparently scooped some meat on top and the pasta was then cold. It was a yearly gathering with friends but we're going to try someplace else in the future. Employees were excellent kitchen needs adjustment.

1st time visiting the area and decided to come here. Outstanding. Alex was our waitress and was great. The corn and crab soup was a meal in itself. I got the shrimp and crab pasta and wifey got the shrimp fra diavolo. This would be our go to spot if it were closer to Baltimore. I think the mall needs you guys more than you need them. Fantastic guys.

Ordered bruschetta app that came with no bread for dipping. One of the entrees finally came out while the others were having dessert. Food was cold. Waitress did not come to see if everything was ok. This used to be the place to go. Sure went down hill. Ordered the chicken arugula and the entree came out chicken parm. Definitely will not be back.

My husband and I love Maplewood- the food is always delicious (the Cavatelli Franco is divine!) and the service is great. I had accidentally left my purse there this past Friday night after dinner. I didn’t realize it right away. But my husband went there directly a day later and the staff had put it in a secure and safe place. Prior to my husband going in person, he had originally left a voicemail in the morning when they were closed. The manager had called him back twice to make sure we were able to get the purse back. Very honest and kind folks working there. The food is great, but the staff is as well!

Food was delicious except for mussels I. White sauce was lacking flavor.

We got scallops and shrimp in a blush sauce. The crabmeat and scallops in white sauce.

We enjoy coming here. We live 45 minutes from here, so it's not very often that we visit. When in the area, we stop in. Always fresh and hot. The bread is always warm and the price and portion size always leaves us full. Great job by our server, Jennifer, kitchen staff and everyone in general. Time to roll on out the door. 😋
