I have never been to a location that didn't give refills on ALL drinks outside of iced coffee. The service was terrible and the staff was rude, slow (on multiple levels) and inattentive. I never want to return to any of the locations this franchisee owns!
I ordered my son a sandwich with no condiments due to severe allergies. First, it was made with the known allergy. I went in and asked for thus to be corrected so they sat it down. I waited and waited and then finally asked for another. Then, they remade the sandwich and sat it down. After waiting 4 minutes I asked if I could have my sandwich they sat down and the guy in the back screamed I'm f***ing impatient.

McDonald's provides great and meticulously prepared food, such as the perfectly assembled Big Mac. The restaurant excels in speed and freshness, accommodating special orders without issue. The staff is super nice and friendly and strives to do a good job. This McDonald's has the freshest foods, with piping hot hashbrowns and a fresh bagel for the steak, egg and cheese bagel. The staff has better customer rapport.
