I ordered a DoorDash and it was delayed 10 times before we got the news that it was canceled. I then canceled my order for 30 bucks and now it’s saying that my money won’t get returned to me until 5 to 7 business days. I’m so disappointed do better.
WORST experience ever! I spend $20 on food, and they gave me MOLDY PICKLES, MOLDY MEAT, and to top the ice burg. I ordered a small ice tea, they filled up a quarter of the way! If you wanna get a ripoff and get food poisoning, this is the BEST place for you. Absolute disgrace of a place.

I had to go to South Jersey to deliver presents for my family on Christmas Eve. I decided to stop by this McDonald's on my way back home. I ordered two double cheeseburgers (only lettuce & mac sauce), 1 4pc nugget, and 1 med drink. My total came out to 14.02 which I thought was high. I asked for a receipt because I forgot to give them my code but was told they didn't have receipt paper. I entered the order on the app and the total came out to $11.86. I don't know how adding lettuce+mac sauce added an additional $4 to the order. To add, the lettuce was not an additional charge. I need answers to this difference. My order was #1445, #45, time 21:05.

$5 for a mcflurry and they don't even mix it. They put a spoonful of Oreo on top and call it a day. All that after waiting twenty minutes in the drive through.

This is laughable honestly I have never seen a McDonald’s do something like this. A no exceptions sign over sauces. And that you can’t have sauces as part of your meal for anything other than nuggets, unless you pay. Screams corporate greed. Chick-fil-A would never.

I have never been to a location that didn't give refills on ALL drinks outside of iced coffee. The service was terrible and the staff was rude, slow (on multiple levels) and inattentive. I never want to return to any of the locations this franchisee owns!
This is the 3rd time in a month I've been disappointed. Today, wrong sized cups, food prepared incorrectly and when trying to get the staff's attention to correct the problems, I was ignored. When did it become common practice to teach the staff to avoid making eye contact with the customers? I waited 10 minutes without getting any assistance so I gave up and went back to eat my food, hey I can just pick off those pickles and pretend the onions are on the sandwich, onions that come with the sandwich automatically. So now my food was cold, probably because the restaurant was colder than outside. It's 44 degrees today. But I was lucky. Two other women waited over 20 minutes just to place an order. Hammonton used to be run really well, not now. All I can say is if they keep this they will single handedly reinvigorate the local Burger King, possibly keep them from going bankrupt. Step up your game or get new management. If I could give negative stars, I would have.

Yesterday I got a medium hot coffee with two creams and an egg McMuffin. The egg McMuffin was delicious however, the coffee was not filled. Not even close to the top. It was about an inch and a half from the top and a medium coffee. When I picked up the cup, I noticed right away how late it seemed, so that was very disappointing. Then when I got to the bottom of the cup, there were grounds in it I couldn’t come back because I only had enough travel time to get to work.
