Yo seriously 15 years in the restaurant Industry. The music is great. But I've felt like I was an inconvenience. Thanks for not getting me anything Additional to my order but charging me for the extra pita. You are the real hero's. Please let them treat us like blanco Ninos

It was very slow. Waitresses including ours sat on their phones. My food came out and we were done for nearly 15 minutes before our server came. I asked for ONE slice of Flan. She came back with 2. I did not say anything and we didnt finish them as it was too much. Did not realize the price went up and it was $14 for 2 pieces. I was just more annoyed at the servers lack of care that we were there.

My fiancé and I came here to enjoy a nice night out and get dinner. We decided to stop at el Mariachi Loco, which I see when I drive past to go to work every day. The atmosphere was decent, albeit a bit dark and a tad dated. The food tasted accurate, until a point, which I will get to in a moment.Now, the bad: the service. We were forced to wait almost 20 minutes to order our food, which wouldn’t have been bad if the restaurant wasn’t empty. I tried to get my waitresses to get me a refill on my drink for half of the duration of the meal. Instead, they were too busy socializing with each other, eyes on their phone screens instead of their paying customers. She treated every request like an inconvenience. Do better, or that restaurant will be permanently empty.Edited later because this didn’t come into affect hours later: Both my fiancé and myself ended up getting food poisoning from our meals. I vomited several hours later, and my fiancé is at risk of doing so at this moment. I am experienced with Mexican food, it is not supposed to do this.DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR STOMACH ACID IN YOUR BODY STILL, OR IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF DECENT SERVICE.

Came in for lunch on Saturday and was seated immediately. Not too busy but they're not kidding with the live music. We asked to be seated in the next room over cause that guy was singing his heart out and it was LOUD lol.After being seated they give you tortilla chips with 3 sauces which taste awesome. The chips were so crispy and good. The staff seem pretty stale but otherwise attentive. The food arrived quickly too.We got the al pastor taco and the shrimp tacos American style. Both tacos were packed with flavor and used fresh ingredients. Didn't skimp on the filling.Otherwise restaurant is clean and spacious. Will be back to try their other dishes.

Nice place. Will give it a shot again. Wife’s fajitas were great. My Mexican surf and turf leaves a lot to be desired. Ribeye had 0Flavor, will try again though.
