This is my favorite spot! They have the best wine in NJ! We always have the best time here! The owners and staff are always so welcoming and attentive. They are also the most fun people we ever met at any winery! They have a great Charcuterie Bavarian pretzel and tasty pizzas. If you haven't been here, you are truly missing out!

I really hope the person who greeted our group of 9 was just a hostess and in no other way part of this winery. The moment we arrived, instead of being welcomed, we were interrogated about whether or vehicles would remain in the spots they were parked? Mind you.. there were several spots.. Strange question but ok.. strike one.. this was followed by asking if we had a reservation “because otherwise they would not be able to help us because they are short handed” uh huh… strike 2… she proceeded to remind us of the time we had to leave by… strike 3. For context, were the only minority group and she seated us way in the back, while similar size groups were seated in the main section. We were told that because they were short handed they would only allow for 3 samples from the menu, while similar size groups who booked the same $15 special, received 6 samples. We checked and confirmed this with the larger group. Surprise lady!
We headed out and went to a more welcoming place only 8 minutes away. There, we proceeded to spend about $400 and it was worth every single dollar. I’ll be sure to leave them a very positive review, but could not let this slide.. in this day and age. We drink wine too lady! Be better.

Came to this winery after attending a nearby winefest, and I’m so glad we made the trip (1.5 hours and totally worth it!). The service was amazing—warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The wine was excellent, but their Sangria is an absolute must-try—refreshing and full of flavor!
The setting is just beautiful. Peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a great wine experience with a tranquil vibe, this place is it. Highly recommend!

What a breath of fresh air Plagido’s Winery is, greeted with a friendly smile by the owner Candice along with the “woof woof” of a beautiful Dalmatian puppy(well 17 mos old) the service was exquisite and the flight of wine was exceptional… of course the “Pole Dancer” was Howard’s favorite and the pineapple Sangri was so good .. we had to take some home… the scenery enhanced the atmosphere of good company, great music, excellent wine and super friendly Owner… she checked in on us and gave us a taste of “ the peach slushie” which literally melted in your mouth… this well hidden winery is just worth the ride … highly recommend and will be back real soon !!!

My absolutely favorite for NJ wines! The wines are sooo dimensional and like nothing I've tasted before. The wines are clean, affordable and incredibly flavorful. Very distinct notes. Absolutely wonderful husband and wife team run this winery. The people who make your wine pour your wine! My absolute favorite place to be in Jersey! Highly recommend!

Quaint family owned winery with fabulous wine. If you truly indulge in the finer red wines this is a must visit. I stopped into this as per a recommendation and was greeted by the owner. They were getting ready for a tasting event yet made room for mr to enjoy a glass of wine with a full overview of their list. If you like a good red wine (a real good red wine), this is the place to visit. Cheers!

Our first visit was fun! We came in one hour before they closed so we got to spend time getting to know the wine maker. She's a great person to talk to and we loved the wine so much that we got two bottles to go. We will definitely be back so we can learn more about the unique soil (and wine grown in the soil) in this region.
