Food is decent. Never ever ready on time. Always order ahead. Food always takes an additional 20 minutes longer than they say it will.

Although there are plenty of places to get a good hoagie or cheesesteak in Hammonton, we enjoy a quick stop at Primo, everything is served fresh and made to order! They are on the ball and there’s usually not much of a wait for pick-up!

Just called to place an order at the Hammonton location. Lady asked what I’d like. (A Italian wrap) super easy lol. As I described the wrap I would like, the lady says woah woah woah. Cuts me off, RUDELY. And then i said no oil & vinegar, I asked for mayo and she goes so not dry then? RUDELY, I call back and ask for the owner a male employee picks up and states he owns the joint, clearly doesn’t. & would not give me her name. Nothing against primos, good hoagies been going for years. But maybe hire people with better customer service.

sandwiches are ok, service is extremely slow. Any more than 2 customers there , expect to wait 30 minutes

I stop in after physical therapy at least once a month. For the cheese steak on a seeded roll and their dirt pudding.

I personally think this is one of the best sandwich shops in South Jersey. Go see for yourself and you will find out why. Always great service and fresh meats.

It is extremely hard to find a place with such fantastic service, excellent attention to detail, and employees who genuinely care about their customers. This location in my opinion, I have only been to 5, is the superlative of the Primo Hoagies Franchise. I ordered an Italian hoagie, I know what a classic, and it exceeded my expectations. I will be back, with the intent to try as much of their menu as I possibly can.

Usually good but the girl when I called wouldn't give me a time frame for pickup (asked her twice) so I figured 15 minutes.. when I got my sandwich home the roll felt soaking wet and the meatballs were cold. Better communication from the staff could have prevented this poor review

This was one of the worst hoagies I’ve had in a while. I usually love Primo’s. The bread was rock hard and tore apart the roof of my mouth. Because the bread was so dry, each bite felt like I was eating sawdust. Really disappointed.

Asked to cut the sandwich in half and he told me to use a plastic knife, so I asked him to cut it with a metal knife. Apparently they can’t do that here and had to use plastic to cut it right on the front counter instead of taking back to the cutting board. Unprofessional, won’t be ordering from here anymore if they cant even craft a sub and help with a small request. The boomer who works here is obviously lazy and couldn’t be bothered to do a proper job.
