my ice coffee tasted like how sink cleaner smells it was awful. I was in my car heading down to the shore so I couldn’t return it.

Employee was on her cell phone tbe entire time we were waiting for our order. She didn’t look up to greet customers or speak to them. Just pushed orders toward people. Very slow service with 3 people back there making drinks. Do better.

Drinks are as bad as food. I got spinach wrap and it was all burnt. On top of it long wait and employees aren’t trained to acknowledge you and give you a good service.
My coffee wasn’t good and just out of curiosity why prices are higher than in many Starbucks?

Come in there for just a hot coffee. Most of the time there's an issue. Cold coffee, old coffee, lid doesn't fit and coffee spills. Very long waits because of all the specialty drinks the entitled people order. They take your money first and then your stuck waiting forever. Just going over to Burger King to get my coffee anymore.

I was in line today, ready to order drinks for myself and my family while they were in the restroom. After the three people ahead of me placed their orders, I expected to do the same. However, despite standing there clearly waiting, the server ignored me entirely and instead took the orders of two women who arrived after me. The man making drinks never acknowledged me, showing a complete disregard for basic customer service. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. This incident occurred on Monday, March 17, at 2:15 p.m.

The employees are distracted. They rather be on their personal phones and let customers sit in line right the register than take orders. I think they need to be retrained and proper management. They're customer services skills suck for a Thursday at noon
