We drove from far and decided to go to TacoBell. We got in on time and ordered our food. Food came out correct and on time. We got our drinks and etc... As we sat down and open our bag to eat the employees there told us to leave because it was 10pm and doors are locked. They suggested that we use the outside tables to finish our meal. We requested if we can have 10 minutes to eat, they said no, the doors are locked. On the door we saw the timings it says open until 12am!! No where it says 10pm you must leave. We managed to eat outside, we were upset and decided to leave the trash as it is, but we cleaned up our area completely. Eating outside is not comfortable when its a bit chilly, especially knowing that you have elderly and young child. What if we needed more napkins, sauces, refill or even to use the bathroom?? This was a really bad experience at TacoBell and I never came across this type of problem before....

Been here 45 min. Went to the window at 35 and was told they got slammed at 45 a different person tried to give me the wrong order and told me he didn't see my order and now has taken my receipt to go make my food and I spent over $50 im not happy!

I really want a refund for my entire order. They charged me extra when I asked for extra sour cream and guacamole and gave us the normal amount or less it was a literal size of a tablespoon. I’m disappointed the workers are very lazy especially at night time to where I’m getting lucked out on what I’m spending. I spent almost 30.00 again for them to do the same shit every time

Said they were open @ 930 rolled up at 1105 said they don’t open till 1130. Probably should update your times.
Order was wrong (missing ingredients), food was prepared awfully. I order a grilled cheese burrito & received a “fiesta strip shredded cheese burrito” - way too many fiesta strips & shredded cheese, & the proportions of the burrito were off & just not pleasant. Service was very standoffish, made me feel like a criminal for wanting to use the restroom (which they claimed was “out of order”) & very slow at preparing my food. Seemed that two people were genuinely working & the rest were milling around, staring off into space or even undermining those working! It was not very busy in the drive through, & I was 1/3 groups of 1-2 people inside (first to order out of all) & it took my order 10 minutes to be prepared. Very disappointing service, not much to be expected from a chain fast food restaurant, but inadequate compared to other local chains of Taco Bell.
