How can a corporation like wawa, not have any training that also protects employees?!!! Wawa seems to be politically biased against others and their beliefs or simple comments? If an employee says something that someone doesn’t like, they need to be disciplined not terminated!! I as a customer have seen and heard employees say things directly in front of a manager and they did nothing about it! But one person saying something another doesn’t like….and they terminate them?!! Wawa should be ashamed of themselves and I pray this person gets a lawyer and sues wawa! If they cannot find one, I will give them the names of numerous attorneys! I used to love wawa, but now I’m embarrassed to even enter one! Believe me I love how wawa is convenient, but if this is Wawa’s beliefs, I’d rather go to dollar general!

The female bathrooms were disgusting! There was feces all over the toilet and a loose roll of toilet paper with feces on it as well. Could tell it hasn't been maintained. I told the cashier and she just looked at me like I was confussing her. Such a disappointment WaWa!!!

Worse Wawa I've ever been to. Incompetent associates in the deli can never make sandwiches as they are ordered. I mean how hard is it to literally look at a screen and make sandwiches as the the customer ordered? Certain energy drinks are not kept in stock and always out. Horribly run store and incompetent help equals a awful experience. I will not be going to this store again. What a disgrace.

The pretzels brownie coffee customer service is great all Varieties of stuffyou can do small grocery. Great sales on drinks and snacks etc.

Only stop in when on the run for a coffee so I can't comment on any of their other products. Always friendly service. Fast too.
Never going to this wawa again.. was in there 12/11/23 at about 1115 pm,.and this night and 2 nights earlier I order something from the menu, pay for it and then am told we've ran out of that item...the 2nd time I simply left without anything after out of frustration. This is embarrassing unprofessional incompetence from the workers.... how hard is it to delete an item from the menu when its depleted, they didn't even say anything when I walked out GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! Never going back..

If I could place a zero stars I would, sadly there isn't. So my daughter received a little case purse with sunglasses for her birthday and today we went to Wawa and she had it with her. She didn't realize she forgot it at Wawa until like an hour and a half later. So we go back to get it and apparently it was given to the staff and report it lost. While waiting for it to get it back one of the girl employee come to us to let us know that they had tossed it out because they don't hold stuff that is not theirs. My daughter cried like never before!! All I can say is this will get to further measurements!
