I guess crowded comes with slowER service. The wine was decent, going to the bar to get served was decent. We ordered our food from outside vendor Latin Infusion. Man takes my order for two taco orders, tells me come back in 20 minutes, “we’re making it fresh.” I go back in 20 minutes and hand my order in and the lady behind counter says come back in 20 minutes, “we’re making it fresh.” 40 minutes later, there’s no tacos. Cancelled that order and went inside and ordered wings and steak off winery’s menu for $50 + tip. Half hour went by and I went inside to check and server got back and said food is 1/2way done. To her credit, she offered a glass of wine for the wait. When meal finally came after being there two hours, we asked for a water. Water never came. Bottom line: 1. Decent wine. 2. Decent bar service. 3. Outside food vendor Latin I nusion DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE. Two failed orders with the same excuse, “but we’re making it fresh”. What taco vendor DOESN’T make their tacos “Fresh”? 4. In house food was decent but long to beserved. If you’re thinking of stopping by on an empty stomach, DON’T.

I find their Reds to be some of the best in S Jersey and I and my friends have tried quite a few. Also for Whites the Traminette is excellent as well.

Wine is decent. A nice spot to hang for a glass or two. Little overpriced. Guy behind the bar was kinda a jerk. Told us we needed to be out of there by 5:15. We arrived 20 minutes before closing. Lighten up. 5:30 isn’t pushing the limit.

My wife and I were astonished to learn that Wine Enthusiast Magazine listed New Jersey as one of the top new wine regions in the world. This story was recently highlighted on CBS Saturday’s broadcast. They listed a small winery in southern New Jersey nestled in the farm fields of Hammonton as an example of award winning wine while interviewing the “old world” wine maker (Edward) who grew up in Bordeaux, France on a family vineyard. We were so excited that we didn’t have to fly a transatlantic flight to get world renown wine but only had to get in our car and travel twenty miles. And we were not disappointed as we entered the sprawling vineyard entrance. In fact the visit exceeded our expectations. Once we entered the tasting room we were greeted by Nickki and Kate, super friendly tasting room receptionists. We sampled a charcuterie board and multiple flights of the most delightful wine served to us by Edward Sparks, who explained the plethora of information on distinctive wine making. Wow! We were blown away with the service, friendliness of our hosts and the quality of wine. Santé to the award winning White Horse Winery and staff.? Bob and Renee Zentmeyer

This is the FIRST Jersey wine that I did not spit back into the glass! White Horse has changed my mind. Tried the white wine flights. One too sweet for my personal taste, one similar to a Pinot Grigio, one similar to a Sauvignon Blanc & one terrific Chardonnay. All very drinkable! Actually purchased a bottle of the Chardonnay for my wine rack. Beautiful grounds, informative & engaging staff. Check it out!! I'll be back.

Never ever liked New Jersey wine. After seeing the piece on CBS about the White Horse Winery decided to try it! So pleasantly surprised! Beautiful outdoor seating areas and the wine was surprisingly good. Can’t wait to go again.

We stopped in on the way home from the beach and were immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman on the patio. The atmosphere is very chill, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The flights were a nice variety and I especially liked their Cab Franc. The cheese board was tasty, and they also had a food truck. Will be back for sure!

One of South Jersey's hidden gems. Fantastic wine. Fantastic service. Fantastic atmosphere.

Great service all the personnel were great but to my surprise the wines were not good. The reds were horrible and the only decent wines were the sweet rose and the sweet traminet.I am a dry red drinker and didn't like any of the wines myself. We had a party of 10 and the others all said the same thing never again. We saved the day by going to Valenzano and all the wines were great

I enjoyed the flight of white wines for $16. The Albarino was my favorite. I bought a bottle!! I will definitely return.
