This place was ridiculous. Went in there with a buy one get one free coupon The staff had me so completely rattlebrained with a long line of customers behind me. Could not get the buy one get one free. Had it so messed up that it was one meal with one sandwich separate. Not the same thing. It was so stinking confusing and cost $13. Ridiculous and totally too much for a buy one get one free. I was so embarrassed that all I wanted to do was crawl under a table. Had to go back to find out what happened to my drink…and then after the $13 the food was awful. You need to make the promotions understandable not where the customer has to repeatedly ask questions and then get something that tastes awful and too expensive to boot and embarrass in front of other people waiting to get fed. This is totally and completely unacceptable and will not be going here again. You need to get your act together and train your staff properly on orders, food quality and accuracy!
