I ordered some food from this restaurant, and I'm pleased to say that they got my order exactly right, which made me very happy. I was especially relieved and grateful because this place had staff members who spoke English fluently, making the entire experience much smoother and more enjoyable.

We were there for lunch... 12:30pm...they had only 2 self order screens avail and no one at the register to take orders. One point of order screen was down and the other was extremely slow processing selections. The wait was so long that people were walking out. A manager, I believe, finally came to the register to take orders. Which was a good thing but, he kind of berated the people trying to use the order screen...saying what's taking you so long, people are walking out...

Went to the McDonald’s in Washington today for the grandkids. The order was for four of us, and I figured I’d save some time by using the kiosk. But since the kids don’t like condiments, customizing the order wasn’t possible on the screen. So, I headed to the counter to get some help.
I waited... and waited... and no one ever came. Eventually, I gave up and went back to the car to try the drive-thru.
