I ordered a 12 inch meatball sub via doordash. I got a 6 inch sub with barely any meatballs in it.

They don’t close 10 they lied they close early 8:40 I think they are tired I swear it is true
It’s 8pm on a Friday and they are closed. Sign says 10. Guy is mopping the floor. Lady came out and said oh they closed cause there is a meeting. No sign of it

Says it closes at 10PM at google and the storefront but the person manning the station refused service and said they close at 9:30. Update your HOURS!!!

Better than I imagined. This Subway is located inside the gas station Pilot Travel Center. It is small but has everything a large Subway would have. The staff was nice and my footling ham and cheese sandwich was made perfect. Everything tasted fresh and service was fast. The only downfall is the location of where the seating is as it’s small in a corner. Also because of the location I kept experiencing people walking by looking for the bathroom inside the Pilot Travel Center. Should have signs indicating bathroom location so patrons can eat peacefully. Overall I was happy with my order and will return.
The servers were the rudest I have ever encountered at a food store. Neither one said anything. Not even the cost. He just stuck out his hand. Pathetic.

I never said i want extra sauce and the guy was so rude need to work on his attitude
Today I came with my family to this Subway to find good attention and good food, but it was impossible to receive that. The manager in charge today is Sarah. Sarah had a very rush and a bad attitude trying to sell us the sandwiches that she assumed what we need and did not accept our petition for those 7 meals just like other clients deserve to get because we are paying for it. The phrase it was "well we are not gonna serve to you". So our money and our next visit it is gonna be and another better place with a good service.
