We recently moved to the area. In search of a new place for chinese we had originally tried a different place but then tried Your Kitchen and we liked it more. Just simple good american chinese food. Will be back for sure.

I feel it's the best Chinese restaurant in the area of of Washington Township (Morris), Hackettstown, Port Murray, Mansfield, Washington Boro (Warren). It's a bit further for me to travel but worth it
Good size portions, a quart is really a quart vs other places where a quart container when measured is less or the menu has not been updated. And they fill it to the brim.
Tried various dishes over time like Chow Fun, Lo mein, chicken Hunan, chicken garlic, chicken szechuan, Mongolian beef, curry chicken, boneless rib. All were very good.

Ordered $40 worth of food via DoorDash and asked for a lot of duck sauce and received 4 small packets. Happens everytime we order no matter how we phrase it. This time it was ‘alot of duck sauce.’ Still can’t get it right. Cant leave work everytime to make sure someone else is doing their job right just to enjoy a meal we paid for. Gave them a few chances, we’ll be switching to somewhere else from now on. Food is average, won’t be hard to replace.

Tonight 1/13 at 6:36 arrived to pick up an order I made on-line. Six other customers waiting for service. Woman behind counter taking orders, answering phones, packing food, running the deep fryer. Every 5 minutes, or so, calling out 4 numbers. Was she calling out the last 4 digits of the order number? More people coming in and crowding the counter. Finally, after 30 minutes. I called out, "is my spare rib combo ready?"She said, "What's your phone number?"I told her I ordered on the internet. That's when I realized she was calling out the last 4 of phone numbers.I asked how long the food was sitting there. She replied, "I called you a long time ago. It's ok."Needless to say, I paid for the stuff. Got home 7 minutes later and, of course, everything was cold. Cold fried rice. Cold egg roll. Cold ribs. Cold fantail shrimp. Only the egg drop soup was still a little warm.As far as the quality goes; their ribs are all bone, the egg drop soup had a green tint, and let the deep fried stuff drain for 30 seconds.Especially disappointed with the lack of organization and communication.

Definitely a hidden gem and honestly the food ordering and quality i can't find a better spot. This is a place that hits home but wish they had fried baby shrimp but they are fantastic. The boneless spare ribs are on point sweet, saucy and tasty. I hate those dried out ribs at other places.

Have been going here for the last 20 years. Excellent menu choices and consistent delicious servings. Have the best soups, hot and sour. Sesame cold noodles are the best in the world! Ingredients are always fresh, staff are always friendly.
