“Burger is OK, but I just ordered a flash burger, which has a fried egg. Specifically asked them not to over fry the egg . And they do exactly what I ask him not to do. If you’re gonna put an egg on a burger like that, you might as well scramble it if you don’t know what over easy means. Definitely don’t waste your money if you want an egg on the burger. Because they definitely don’t make it right.“

“The Livingston CARS restaurant was small, but it was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and chatted with us a little bit before we left. “Stopped in for a late night dinner with my son the food is always good my order wasn’t completely correct but I did like the basil on my french fries I’ll have to do that again sometimes it’s hard to understand people through these plexi glass walls we now live with, well there wasn’t a garbage can available the employee to take my garbage and I appreciate that the sign on the soda fountain to ask for a new cup for refills was a nice add.“

“So I gave this place 4 stars. The food tasted good, except when we got it, it had been sitting out a bit. Because of this, the buns got SUPER soggy. The onion rings did taste good though. The reason the buns were soggy is probably because of an error on our part, but if it’s always soggy then don’t get it.“

With an assorted buffet menu and a live band, our members had a memorable evening in the private room of Tavern 73. The cash bar was very busy, and people raved about the food as they left this 4-hour event. Special thanks to Kaya and Gail for the excellent job they did to help to organize and execute this event. “Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. The reason Lorenzo gave for this was simply an insistence on "ladies first!" While Lorenzo had a point about this being good manners and proper etiquette, for him to be as adamant and imposing about it was rude, inappropriate and uncalled-for in the context of a customer service experience. Not only this, but every time I politely asked him a question about if a certain condiment had been placed on my order or not, he would reply "You already said that" in an extremely passive-aggressive manner if I managed to accidentally repeat myself. Lorenzo's whole attitude made it seem like he was trying to make me look as bad as he possibly could in front of my woman, which makes me wonder if perhaps it was a lame- brained attempt to steal someone else's lady. Apparently, he felt that I needed to be "put in my place", when I in fact did nothing to deserve this treatment. All I did was initiate was a simple business transaction. This whole encounter made me feel like a victim of reverse racism, due to the fact the cashier in question was black and he was acting like he was under the impression that white people owe him something besides the money they pay for their food at this location. And if not reverse racism, then I am accusing Lorenzo of blatant gender-on-gender misandry.“

“Good place to eat, located on the main street in the city of Maplewood. Outside there are several tables and chairs to sit in the summer. The atmosphere is good and the service too. The food served is satisfactory to the customer's taste.“

I’m delighted to report that they’re still a great place to get a top-notch sloppy joe that beats them all at a much lower price. And I’ve tried them all! \n\nBangiola’s is located next to a gas station on Route 202 North between 10 and 46. There’s plenty of parking in the rear if the handful of spaces in front are occupied. There’s no place to eat inside. Their usual customers are the corporate types in the area during the week. You can pick up your lottery tickets, many off the beaten path beverages including Ensure, if you can believe it. Black and White cookies, too. It’s a nice old-fashioned NJ type deli, sandwich shop.\n\nGive it a try!\n\nPS - This software is really hard to work with.“
