Initial service was great until a party of 8 men was seated and the wait staff directed all of their attention to this table. Had to wait 30 minutes to get someone's attention to get our bill. Food was great but the lack of attention spoiled the experience.

Il Capriccio is outstanding. I have been there very often over the past 20 years, and the service and food is always excellent. On my most recent trip I took two colleagues from out of town and they both told me that I set the bar high, and the restaurant still exceeded expectations

Delicious food; The hostess, servers, valet were all welcoming, courteous, and did a great job. Not all my friends appreciate this restaurant because it is "old school" (i.e. there is a dress code, food is delivered with plenty of time between courses to enjoy your company), but this is precisely why we enjoyed it. We will be back!

Gorgeous quiet room- but we went early for dinner at 5:15. Fun to watch the delicious Caesar salad being made to order in front of us. Service is attentive and impeccable, with empty dishes being cleared immediately and water glasses being refilled. Food was outstanding:,perfectly cooked asparagus, mixed seafood in a gloriously rich sauce, pasta dish was delicious and tasty. Warm and gracious reception, definitely refined and elegant dining.

Best restaurant in New Jersey Last place I know of in New Jersey that you can dress up nice for dinner. If you want a great meal and service in a venue where men wear dress slacks and jackets and women dresses , go here

Very good food.Small portions and very overpriced. $52 for a few small fillets of branzino over Bean compote. Pastas were $34 for about a half serving with no meat or seafood just oil, cheese, pepper etc lamp chops were great. Many other options in NJ that serve great Italian food.
