My family and I usually don’t get coffee at Starbucks. But today we decided to get their,Ice Cherry Chia latte for my son. the Mocha Frappuccino blended. For my husband . And for myself mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino I have to say it was so good! Also thank you for the smiley face. This little act of kindness truly made my day The young lady who waited on my husband at the drive through window was so nice and helpful. We will be going to Starbucks from now on to get our coffee at this location.
It appears the store has relocated. I couldn’t find it this morning in the building where the UPS Store is located. Will update the stars once the new address is shown.
I order an iced coffee 2 x a week, light ice, splash of cream. 50 percent of the time the order is wrong, and I have to hand it back to the barista. Half of the time they hand me a cup of coffee that looks like a milkshake, and I have to ask that’s a splash of cream? It doesn’t even look like there is coffee in there, nor does it taste like it. And then they say, oh no, I’m sorry it’s not. They do not pay attention to the order, or they blame the mistake on the person making the coffee. It’s a very simple order. I’ve tried several times at this location and they cannot get it right. I will not be back.
Staff is so kind so sweet - as a former partner this store is doing it right. Dear other sb in the district: be zen and just make the coffee ok!!!! Morristown 👌

Music/radio is way too loud! Please turn it down. Most customers are here to do work or talk, not for music! Please stop the noise.

I only asked about tap water to drink. They said I had to buy something. When Starbucks service did change for the worse. Hmmm
Been in there a few times. I use the app and the goods come out quick. Friendly people and good location near shopping over there
I ordered gingerbread latte it took forever for them to make it, even though it was fully staffed and there were not a lot of people in the store. When I got my latte, I just rushed out to go on with my business I realized punkin spice topping was not added it also didn’t have the usual sweetness that I know of from other locations. I called & spoke to a male rep that day he said he would write my name down & I should come back anytime for a remake. When I was finally able to go back after catching the flu, I told the cashier my name & asked for a manager a young man came up told me Africa the manager wasn’t around. He also said ginger bread was disconnected & that my name wasn’t left behind & wanted proof of my order so I showed him on my phone only for him to tell me to call Starbucks for a refund he can’t help. I went ahead and I just ordered a mocha Café again, not is unusual sweetness that I’m used to from other location. I called Starbucks they said they will report it to the location manager & I will receive a call. I still have not received a call. I am not buying anything else from this location.
I always order but I don’t know if there were in a rush or just lazy to do the drinks right. I order refresher that literally taste like water. I like to order them with light ice for that specific reason but my goodness taste like water still! Maybe he is new o ir doesn’t know how to make the drinks but please please every time that I order it taste different. Make sure to give the correct and complete training to the employees please bc apart that I order 3 different drink and all of them taste terrible!!!!

Don't use the drive through! went for a cappuccino - not even 3/4 full. My daughter order order an ice coffee - chunks of ice in there - hardly any coffee. This is new Starbucks - moved from across the street - and what a mistake that was - this new location is terrible. I won't be going here again.
Slow, slow, even with using the mobile app.
The store is closed permanently. Why are the hours still showing open on Google? Drove all the way here for nothing.

I mobile ordered ahead before they re opened their doors so went to pick it up via drive thru. My app told me it was ready (I waited in the parking lot until it was). When it was ready I drove around to go get it and there were 2 cars waiting to order. So I went around and pulled up to the window. I was told I can’t pick it up because they have to know ahead of time that I’m here (even tho my app said ready for pick up) and that I have to go wait behind the cars who are waiting to order. I said ok….but what is the point of mobile order then if I’m just gonna have to wait in the line behind people who haven’t ordered yet????
