Gingerbread Latte was awful and tasted bad. What is worse the milk was scorched and I was drinking curds .. had to throw it out .. that was an expensive disaster !

I’m really disappointed with this store. I’m 7 months pregnant, and I even stopped by yesterday to ask if they would have the bear cup today. They told me they should and just to come early. So I showed up at 4 a.m., first in line, in crazy heavy wind，only to find no bear cups on the shelf at all. 😭
If you’re not going to have it, or if they were already taken internally from partner（team member）before being put out, at least just tell people you won’t have them. No one would be upset about that. It’s the false hope that’s so disappointing. Being the first one in line and see nothing.

I worked at starbucks for two years and never before have I seen such a rude employee. My girlfriend and I were just trying to grab drinks from a long car ride home and he messed up on my drink making it with lemonade instead of water. He proceeded to roll his eyes at me when I politely asked if he could remake it because it literally gives me heartburn then after practically throwing my drink at us slams the door in our face. I understand having a difficult and long day at work and you want to just do closing tasks but it was honestly beyond disrespectful. If I knew his name i’d 100 percent drop it. Do better.
This might be the best Starbucks location. Nice and clean interior and welcoming and friendly stuff.

Stopped for coffee and cheese Danish with my wife on our anniversary, and now we're in love with this Starbucks location. Our Cortado was hot and delicious. We were blessed they had two cheese danishes left, which Gabriel promptly warmed and served. He even went beyond and above by taking our anniversary picture. Please thank him on our behalf.
