I come to this Starbucks quite often and yesterday I was treated poorly. I simply asked an employee if one of my drinks was coming out as 2 of mine were already out. The employee became rude with me for asking. I understand they were busy but I was waiting 10 minutes in the store when I mobile ordered 15 minutes before I arrived. I usually do not have any problems but I was disappointed with how I was treated yesterday. Hoping to see improvement in this area.

Staff is awesome! I go here every morning after I drop my daughter off at daycare and everyone who works here is a gem. They’re all so friendly and welcoming. I love that many of them remember my name and order which makes it even more special.

I always go to Starbucks at this location, never had a problem at all. The service is quick. The coffee is good. And the place is clean, but on Monday Presidents’ Day, I ordered two drinks. The first drink came quickly. Then I told the lady excuse me. I ordered two drinks not one cup. She said the guy is working on the second one. So I’m waiting around waiting around. 20 minutes go by. I said finally. This is ridiculous. What’s happening. Then they start working on the drink. And I had to speak to the manager about it. Some barista try to be so quick and they don’t actually read the ticket when it says two drinks not one. Very disappointed in the service today. Part of the reason we pay more for our coffee is for the experience, and this just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The manager should’ve given me a free drink. I’m very disappointed today.
