First-time guest. it was very good. Place is small and quaint. Food is very good. Only suggestion is for owner not to talk so long at your table. We go out to enjoy each other and the food. A greeting is good but lingering too long is not.
This is an interesting place, just kind of found it by googling Italian. You will feel like you are eating in someone's house. You will also feel like you are in an episode of sopranos. Me and my wife celebrated my 77th birthday tonight at Trattoria Toscana. I have always been critical of fake Italian restaurants like Olive Garden and Macaroni Grill. I wanted to eat authentic Italian Cuisine. Trattoria delivered. The Antipasto Misto for 2 set the stage. It had all of the classic Antipasto elements of meat, cheese, olives, anchovies, and tomatoes. It was better than I had hoped for (see photo)We skipped the pasta (primi) and went straight to the main course (Secondi)...
